- Construction noises, had two problems with staff not responding to requests for help.
- There are literally no cons to this property. Location is perfect, footstep from the beach and the staff are always making you feel like you are on vacation.
- No soundproofing in rooms, even minor noises like coughs were audible. View was of neighboring portapotties. They ran out of beach chairs and never offered us ones when they became available, still charged us $30 service fee.

Location, Pool, and Beach
Staff at front desk wasn't very helpful, concierge spoke down to us and didn't seem to know the area well. Valet/ bellhop spoke about us in Spanish when we didn't need assistance and when telling the front desk they did nothing about it.
The staff was fantastic, called us by name and provided excellent service. So much nicer then the large chains. The pool and beach were great.
The only thing I would change is to have coffee in the room. They did have espresso
Great location. Right on the beach. Really nice hot tub / hydropool on the roof. Clean, comfortable and modern rooms.
Amazing staff--true hospitality where you feel like they genuinely want to help you enjoy yourself. Loved the hydrotherapy pool--totally unique rooftop experience. Rooms are cute, if petite. Loads of character right in the middle of the Art Deco hood.
First off Service, with a capital S. The staff added an additional star to a great hotel and location. I felt their goal was to ensure a great stay and they accomplished that.
I really enjoyed so much about the hotel and the location.

The staff is impeccable. Be sure to dine at the in-house Traymore restaurant, it provided some of the best food I've ever had. This hotel is extreme luxury waiting on you hand and foot.
