Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami

Charged us for hotel resort fee of $72.96 without using any resort inside the hotel as it was on under construction when we were there which never mentioned in the website???

The location of the hotel is great!

The staff at reception aren¿t very welcoming at all, made their work look more like a chore to guests. The lights over the bathroom sink didn¿t work & hot water in the shower was lukewarm. Didn¿t give clarity on some things on the bill at checkout.

The location was right by beach and located by all the restaurants we wanted to visit

They valet servce scks they said the valet people have to service 10 othr hotels so u have to call your vehicle 2 hrs b4 time. They say 30 mins but that's not true. Then the said no one wll clean my room thts a lie I came from pool ad they were in my room

Dirty no chairs avaialble or towels either day , amenities not open . and there is no private beach access.

Everything was good I loved the location in the middle of everything felt safe there but I did cut my pinky toe on a piece of glass yikes in the room they took off resort fees but that was it. The pool was heated not a lot of people there.

I didn¿t like that other customers complain about the noise from the tv at 11am in the morning, we are on vacation right?! They did move slow when I cut my toe and they took long to send someone to vacuum.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were super accommodating. Great rooftop bar with bottomless mimosas that are truly bottomless. Loved it and will be back!

i saw mold on the shower corners on my room 220. I stayed 6/14/18 to 6/17/18

They over charged my card

They made the assumption that I smoked in my room and charged me an extra 250$ what fool would smoke in the hotel room, I'm insulted and highly upset and will never book here again

The outside view from our room. The building next to the hotel (5-6ft away) was doing construction and we saw and heard everything.

The pool area was lovely, but the pool was way too hot.

They charged me $40 to have 2 beds in the room, which I was stuck to pay since the room wasn't refundable and I have 2 children. That is stealing, when a customer already paid the room and then they add half of the price back onto the room rate of $----

Only enjoyed the location.

raveled with a friend of the opposite sex and found these at there was no privacy within the room. There was no door to the bathroom and we could clearly see other showering. Staff was not accommodating or understanding at all.

The staff were all friendly and professional from the moment we arrived. Excellent location from shopping on Lincoln street, sunbathing on the beach to Ocean Drive for dinning all a block away. They definitively made my family felt comfortable.

It was very clean and the location was a perfect spot to where I wanted to be. I really also loved the amenities that they offered.
