Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach, FL

Location. It was 1.5 blocks from beach, close to Starbucks (no breakfast or coffee at hotel), Subway & little restaurants in walking distance as well as small but expensive convenience store

Apart from location nothing exceptional

Breakfast was very bad waffle machine was not working oats were overcooked and fruits were rotten also very less variety of food. Also 2nd day my room was not cleaned and they didn?t put any sign saying informing front desk for house keeping.

They wanted to charge for breakfast when I chose this hotel for the free bkfst. First night there, the rm roof leaked and the ceiling began to split. We had to change rooms then the new room did not have properly working A/C. Was only given 10000 pts.

Did not like

Carpet was dirty. One of my towels was dirty. One of the light switch broke. The refrigerator was not in good condition. Also l was told this on South Beach and it was not.

We booked this because it said valet parking when we got there, there was not valet parking ! you had to park yourself and drive around the block at another hotel. Darling place, but that was very disappointing.

Can walk across the street a block to get to the beach

It was old, smelled, super tiny and cramped; shocked it was a Hilton hotel did not meet the expectations as from other Hiltons we¿ve stayed at. It seems like they just stuck their name on it, needs work. Bed not comfy. No extras, not staying again

They had a two for one drink from 5-7

Could not check our bags @ hotel because there was zero room. front desk lied to us about the problem. Could barely move in the hotel room

Very short walk to beach and Starbucks. Carolina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Parking is very expensive but to be expected in Miami Beach. Wish we had more parking options.

Great price for the mid-beach location. Quiet area close enough to bike and Uber around South Beach, but far enough away from the noise.

A room to sleep 4 was to small of space for the luggage, that was the only set back that I had but overall for the 5 days that we stayed it was nice

There was no pool or hot tub. They gym is minimal. And there were no discounts down on the beach for chairs/beds etc like the other hotels.

I like that it was very close to the beach and it was also close to a lot of restaurants, gift shops and much more!

I didn¿t like that the elevators were really SMALL and they were really SLOW. I also wish that the shower door was able to slide open instead of pushing and pulling to open.

Checked into hotel and key card did not work. Had to be escorted each time to my room. This is not a great Hilton. I was extremely surprised that Hilton even has this hotel. The staff was friendly but understaffed. I felt bad for the employees.

Checked in hotel and no key card available. I will never stay here again. Very disappointed. No parking. No valet. Under staffed. Hilton needs to do better.

Clean, great area, friendly helpful staff

Friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to the beach.

Room was very small. Location is ok, you’ll have to walk quite a few blocks to get to most dining and shopping. For parking, good luck finding the garage. It is a few blocks away so be sure to unload your luggage during check in.

The location, the convenience to so many other attractions, the beach was in walking distance, and friendliness of the staff, the ease of the check-in and checkout process.

The staff were really nice and friendly.

Our room was not cleaned our entire 3 day stay, I’m not sure why when we were gone most of the day. The restaurant and gym were closed, no microwave in the room. They did not have a pool. I would stay somewhere else next time.

The front desk staff was GREAT! They were always pleasant whenever I saw them. The hotel overall was pretty nice.

I was a bit annoyed when I checked my CC statement and noticed that the hotel had charged me $112.35 over the amount that I was suppose to pay. I called the hotel and they informed me that the charges were from valet. Here's the catch, I did have a car.

This hotel was good for are one night stay. I would not be inclined to stay more just because the room was small and the view out the window was terrible. The housing next store was let's say for $200 a night I don't want to look at a dump next store.

The views and the 30 minutes we waited to get are car. Bar prices were high. I paid for a coke that I got a splash of for a drink.

Close walking distance to the beach and Subway restaurant. Beds were comfortable as well and staff were friendly.

Room was hella small and there was a sliding door as the bathroom door which is wack, they need a regular door instead. Elevators are in bad condition and slow. Parking cost too much to park with them.
