Great location, very nice and helpful staff

the rooms were not super-plush with updated finishings, but this was expected at this star level / price range

Very central location. A good hearty breakfast compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

Although we received an upgrade, the rooms could certainly do with upgrading. The lighting was also not very bright in the hallways.

Location and staff

We stayed two nights, and our expectations were met, especially with respect to location. The staff was very helpful, even though we had some strange requests.

Better lighting in the room would have helped.

Upgrade to room at check in. Clean room with great linens. Corner room with lots of windows.

No heat from the A/C system, very cold in room one night, cold morning another. So cold all the windows frosted over inside. They did give us two little room heaters, used one mainly in the bathroom. Shower plumbing quite wonky, but lots of hot water. One elevator not working, no sign posted to that effect. Used the stairs primarily from the 5th floor.

I paid a cheap weekday price and was very happy. A block from the beach. Great staff. Super friendly and helpful, desk and breakfast. Nice door gentlemen. Spotless.

If I had paid a weekend price I might have been unhappy but it's Miami. Slow wifi. 7Mpbs, c'mon . 70 would be slow.

Location was great.near Collin’s street,many restaurants.One block from the beach.

Having more than one lift working.

Cold , musty , smoky room.

False advertisement . Rooms had a musty smell. No heat. No phone . No pillows or sheets for the sofa bed.

I love the location it was comfortable quiet and it had a bar downstairs

The water was cold for a whole day when I needed it the most

Location is a few blocks from the convention center.

Pool is closed, the overall property and the bathroom was dirty, breakfast/coffee was not good. Water went out completely on day one, then the next day the hot water went out. I called and asked for a late checkout and the front desk was unable to accommodate and hung up on me.

I liked that it was walking distance from everything and that the room was spacious.

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a lot of lighting it was very centralized.

The Location and the staff

Not comfort place, not cleaned well, no isolation and I hear everything out side the roomNo enough lights inside the room.

It was right on the mall close to the Beach and Expo I attended. The beds were comfortable and the room was good size. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They were doing maintenance on the ceiling next to our room and ran a fan all the time. It was loud. The bathroom was really really small. There is no parking at hotel. Parking garage was .5 of a mile away.

I really appreciated the free coffee and the storage of luggage upon checkout.

My room smelled of smoke. There was no microwave for customers. Since we have a refrigerator this would be helpful in a common area.

Old room. Tv didn’t work. The bathroom was pathetically small -overhead lights didn’t work

Convenient location for exploring South Beach

Pool was being remodeled, so no access. Access to the beach, but a separate charge to use it.Only one elevator works, so long waits for the elevator.No late checkout as an option.
