The location

Their check in system through Cloudbeds is very unreliable

There wasn't any breakfast

Breakfast, employees not being there, free parking or parking reimbursement, lots of street noise

I walked in and asked for a refund immediately. booking.com has not gotten back to me to credit my credit card.It had roaches, it smelled, there was mold

Staff were very polite, great location and the bar was very nice

The restaurant was not complete yet..

The bed is too low to the ground I hit my leg shine about 4 times. The shower points down which I didn't want to get my hair wet. Maybe add a shower head on The side so hair does not get wet.

Rooms are decent size

I really disliked that the bathroom door did not have a notch and the door opened by itself. When a person needed the bathroom, the other had to hold the door from the outside, making it an uncomfortable situation. Also the hotel manager was rude.

The location because my family lives near by

Dirty it was smelly. The bathroom had mold, the sheets had a stain that appeared to be blood. We found a dirty baby bottle on the floor. There was no housekeeping if you needed the room cleaned they charge $60.00 !!! No front desk staff. It’s All virtual. If you had an issue which obviously we did there was no one to help .

The location was amazing! Close to everything in Miami Beach (Including Trader Joe’s!!) and the pool area had a really nice vibe for relaxing. The staff was attentive and quick to help, which made a big difference.

The room had minor challenges that could be improved, but despite that, the team was very responsive and made sure I was comfortable with very quick damage control support!

Damp smell in lobby and bedroom, air humidifier made everything feel damp in room. Window was not a proper window, it was indoor facing

I loved everything about the property me and my family arrived early and we were accompanied and even after we checked out went on our cruise and came back to explore the city more they held our luggage amazing property and staff

Nothing I didn’t like

Being so close to the parking garage. There is also a gas station very close. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom door leaves a gap, and if someone opens the front door, they can see inside the bathroom. Even with the bathroom door closed. The bathroom shower door only has one side, and it doesn't close. When taking a shower with only the bathroom door side,you would get a cold draft. It would be nice if they had some seating. In front of the building for people watching and waiting for pick up drop off. But it was a very nice quiet place.

Not much liked or offered

Full Renovation of facility in process (bad smells), Sat for 3 hours in lobby to be checked in, no drinks or food options, no hospitality or room cleaning, water doesn’t drain in sink, dirty room and not properly cleaned (hair in bathroom and eye lash extensions on floor), no one to ask questions to or to help with access to anything in city. False advertisements of everything with this facility site. A very poor experience!

Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, room close to pool.

Very strong chlorine odor. So strong it woke me up.

Close to the beach

Not transparent with the charges, they offer one thing and charge another, no good business

The online support team is very bad. They are actively avoiding helping, and I feel very scammed as they backtracked on whether they can help me store luggage.

The bedroom is very comfortable, and the staff is nice, when you are able to reach them.

They implemented a no-reception or quasi no-reception policy so they couldn't guarantee me they would receive my packages from Amazon. Also, I arrived earlier than the check-in, I couldn't get in the building nor store my luggage. I am probably staying elsewhere the next time. I sent a message to them through Booking's app and it took them hours to respond while I was locked out of the building with my luggage.

Excellent location and renovation (incomplete as of April 2025) of an older historic hotel (Park Avenue Hotel). Room was spacious and comfortable.

Swimming pool was almost comically tiny, like a paddling pool. Communal areas felt crowded because on very sunny days there are only a few spots with shade. Hotel is actively renovating and has no staff on site (all is done virtually), so it lacks the warmth and personal touch of other properties. There was pop up coffee in the lobby (odd hours) and no bar or restaurant. It seems they never allow early check in, so for a number of hours on any given day the lobby and communal areas are full of groups snoozing with their luggage waiting to enter their rooms (there is no luggage check facility).

Easy to get in with an online pre-check in. So not the usual reception hassle. Good coffee on the room. Location close to the beach and restaurants, gyms etc.
