New Point Miami Beach Apartments

Room was clean and the beach was nice.

The valet and check in process was a disaster, no direction long lines indifferent staff made the experience frustrating.

PH room was small, difficult to accommodate 6 persons as advertised . Hotel has a lack of maintenance practically in all aspects .

Close to the beach

Loud noises, bed bugs, no extra toilet paper, walls are very thin you can hear everything so it prevents good sleep, no customer service unless you go physical go down to the office. Ever

Valet was good, check in was good, only bad thing was room was not sweeped or vacuumed and had a supervisor and a guy walked in us when we didnt check out yet. Check out is 11. They came at 930.

Didnt like that we didnt get privacy. If u are to walk in, please walk in after 11 which is check out time. They walked in not just once but twice.

Stayed in a duplex with a very large patio, loved it.

It's an older hotel, clean but shows wear.

On the beach

Need to be cleaner carpets and chairs dirty and old

Closer to the beach but didn¿t go to beach at all since my dad is in the Mount Sinai Hospital.

Charged me twice which I already requested 2nd room cancellation within 2 hrs after reserved the room. Never get an response back.

The room was amazing . Pool area was awesome . Beach access was amazing as well

Kinda dirty, check in was odd, elevators were also strange

The valet parking staff were running and trying to do everything as fast as they can. The only thing is right in this place.

The house of terror !! The elevators works so bad !! The hotel lobby looks so old. People eating food in the floor when you findly get out the elevators. Smell so bad !! Check in staff doesn¿t matter about nothing !! UNA EXPERIENCIA LAMENTABLE !!

El staff que trabaja en el valer parking es lo mejor del lugar. Hacen todo lo m¿s r¿pido que pueden para entregar r¿pido los autos. Muy buena ubicaci¿n lastima que el sector piscina y playa est¿ absolutamente abandonado !

Una verg¿enza las filas de autos Un desastre sector piscina y playa El lobby qued¿ en el tiempo de los dinosaurios. Es imposible que los ascensores funcionen bien. Cada vez qu¿ hay que tomar un ascensor la espera es eterna. No vuelvo nunca m¿s !

The hotel is dirty and no heat on the coldest day of the year. Turn on heat, but it blows cold air. If you turn off, you get suffocated everything in the apartment is falling apart Dust and rust everywhere. I try to get the front desk people help but no.

I stayed in South Beach many times and this is the worst time ever.

I purchased a room with an ocean view but didn¿t receive an ocean view room. Got in late so we didn¿t notice until the morning.

I love the view and especially having the beach and a pool right at the hotel.

Close to the beach and very nice location. Room had everything I needed such as extra beds inside my room, extra blankets, towels, plates, cups and utensils.

They need to do something about the cleanliness. Some towels were old and you could see this when seeing different color from the other white towels. Pillows were nasty from looking at the inside of the pillow case; they had yellow stains!! .

Nothing! It was disgusting.

Dirty¿ spots from who knows what on the sofa. Floor tiles were cracked in places. Walls and trim were dirty. Our boys wouldn¿t even sleep under the covers because of spots on the sheets. It wasn¿t anything like the photos. We would never recommend.

It's right on the beach with easy access to it.

The room smelled like mold and had mold in it. Bath tub had ripped vinyl.

Very dirty and check in process was a run around. Only a few chairs around the pool area, no where to sit for the amount of people staying there.

The pool and the beach was nice

The ac leaked the whole time and no one came to fix it. The room was full of water because of it. The beach umbrella they give us was also broken.

Great view...everything else about this place is its a terrible dirty DUMP not clean not safe for couples or families bc it is DIRTY. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY GO ELSEWHERE.

Valet parking is dysfunctional, rooms are VERY DIRTY. Claimed they have laundry and maintenance told us it has been broken for 6 months. Yes its cheap and a good view but it is a 1 star hotel at best. Very disappointing and seriously..its dirty.
