Seacoast Suites on Miami Beach

Location and and the apartment was cozy and beautiful

We had a reservation for 7 people and only two towels were provided. No dishwasher soap, paper towels or coffee were provided The ac made a lot of noise, like the wrong size filter was installed we couldn?t sleep well Pillows were uncomfortable

Beach access and spacious room. The person at the front desk when I asked to get taxis for 10 was wonderful.

Not knowing where to put the garbage; that lost tennis balls cost $10.

It had beach access and the rooms were spacious. Most employees were friendly and attentive.

The towels were tiny. Instructions for getting rid of garbage were not posted - we had to ask. The fact that a lost tennis ball cost $10 was only told to us after we lost 2.

The view that I paid for was amazing! However, this was the only good thing about this hotel. It was definitely not a 4 star hotel and I feel like we would know as we stayed at the Venetian in Las Vegas and that did meet our expectations!

I didn't like that there were no eating options in the hotel (w/end only 8am-1pm), that there weren't enough towels for us, that the electric in the kitchen didn't work (I had to plug in the toaster in the living room) and that front desk was unresponsive

The Security for the hotel is the worst, never felt so harassed in my life. They literally run down on you about wearing the wrist bands that¿s normally only recommended for the pool area¿ You have to wear it at all time while your staying¿.

It was situated right near the beach. The space in the suite to hold the whole family.

I liked very much the location ! host answered quickly.

The beds were "smalll", the bathroom was old, the kitchen was missing many basics equipment in order to be offered "with kitchen", the unit was not properly cleaned.

The location of the hotel was great.. the room overall was nice and cozy

I didn’t like that my blanket still had stains on it from when i pulled it out the closest and i didn’t have a tv in the master bed room

The room service staff was absolutely horrible! This is not a full service hotel! They don’t give extra pillows or towels and the kitchen barely had any plates, utensils, cups etc…The beds were extremely uncomfortable. But the worst part was absolutely the housekeeping staff! He was so rude to my father just for asking for extra pillow for medical reasons. And he insulted him in front on my young children! Very unprofessional and not customer service friendly. We were treated like we should be grateful to have a place to stay rather than paying customers!

No customer service, booking dates were messed up and we were put into an unhealthy living conditions property. It had mold, hair, paint bubbling, broken couch, chairs, dysfunctional toilet. We asked for fee adjustment and we were refused and were told management can only be reached by their general email address and not available from Thursday evening to Monday morning. Pickle ball courts can only be used when pool attendant is there, toiletries were not available, extra towels or sheets or blanket were not available, no dish rag or dish soap. Very disappointed and will never wish anyone this poor experience at the price we paid.

I like the hotel at Seacoast suite on Miami Beach . It was fantastic view. It was spacious. It was clean, but few marks they were in the sofa couch . Staff was wonderful. So I will give 4 star.

Please never booking the hotel because all stuff not good and Also all thing pay extra the towels housekeeping also not free you have to pay your packet very but I

Nothing. It’s beyond terrible

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The place is literally filthy and extremely disgusting. There was hair everywhere, pee stains on the toilet, and someone had clearly shaved in the sink without cleaning it up. Cup stains covered the tables, and the air conditioning unit was broken. It would turn on even when it was switched off, and some parts were covered in grease that I tried to clean off myself. The staff made no effort to help with any of these issues.The hotel is also very overpriced, with parking costing $40 for just one night. The guests were constantly disturbing, blasting loud music, and when I called the lobby to report it, no action was taken. The pillows and sheets smelled horrendous, like hair oil from multiple people who had slept on them. There were also multiple types of insects in the room, which made the stay even worse. I genuinely had the worst day with my family and was grateful I did not book my entire stay here.The pillow in the living room had visible stains all over it, and although I wanted to share more evidence, I could only attach four photos to my review. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances—even sleeping in the car would be better.I literally brought out my hoodie and placed my pillow on it so I wouldn’t have to use their pillows. I didn’t even use their sheets I laid out some of my own clothes and slept on them instead.The towels they provided had yellow spots on them, as shown in the attached photos.Instead of enjoying a vacation, I experienced profound depression and a strong desire to depart from Miami. Fortunately, I have discovered a more suitable hotel that will allow me to continue my journey.

Apartments are big-that's really nice, on the beach, view is great.

Check-out is at 10 a.m. At 10:20 a.m., they were kicking the door with a rude tone, trying to kick you out. The room-keeping worker was really inappropriate and rude, threatening us with fines because we were 20 minutes late. Wow. The apartments are really outdated. Restaurant by the pool, not worth the money,

No soap in kitchen , no small napkins , it’s old property , need renovation .
