The pool is closed, no room in the refrigerator. No noise proof walls. No ice machine.

upon check in, the hotel room that i booked was relocated to a different hotel due to major renovations. new hotel was the Esme Hotel. location was good restaurant activity

Left my luggage and my belongings in the lobby with the hotel . It was stolen in there possession and they have done nothing. i have constantly reaching out to them, and they haven't done nothing

It was within walking distance of a lot of stores and restaurants, about 5-10 minutes depending how far you want to keep going.

It was definitely not beachside as the pictures make it seem. Beach from hotel is approximately 3-5 minutes if I remember correctly

It was moldy moldy moldy and the staff was invisible and hard to reach and also didn¿t really speak English

The hotel is under renovation using a next door hotel for entrance and going through the back door my room was next to the utility room it was very noisy since early morning and the room above was very thin very noisy from people walking, talking etc

Under construction? Noise had to use the back door and go through the next door hotel Very disappointing on top they charge me $30 . Plus tax a day totaling $230 they told me it was for service charges?? I¿m not recommending or going back!

The best part about the hotel was the location.

The room was not cleaned. There were handprints on the walls. Walking through one hotel to get to another there was a rat coming from the dumpster into the restaurant in the hotel.

The location is the best. Close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and the parking garage is on the other side of the block.

The pool was closed the whole time we were there. Also they don't tell you that to get the free use of beach towels and chairs you must go in the morning. Also the company comes and takes the chairs and towels at 5:30 pm even if you are still using them.

People that served the food were very rude as well as other staff. The morning and afternoon reception were very helpful and polite

Friendly but inattentive staff.

The room and the hotel overrall was nothing like the pictures advertised online. Rooftop was disgusting. Cabana's had no roof and the furniture was ripped. Blood on my bedsheets. Bugs in the room. Constant loud noise in my room at all hours.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. I would have given it a zero star if i could. Hotel rooms are old and pathetic. Lobby old and it stinks.

I liked the old style and character. The location and rooftop pool were excellent. They provided illy coffee pods in the room. Maintenance was very responsive to issues in both rooms.

The first room that we got had issues such as the smoke detector missing batteries, ripped down and chirping. TV didn't work. Coffee maker missing a part. They offered us a different room which was nicer. Air conditioner in new room loud.

The location is so close to the beach and great restaurants. Joe and juice is an amazing juice and coffee shop less than a minute walk away. The hotel gives free breakfast from orange blossom restaurant. The food is delicious.

The hotel room was not that clean, the closet door was broken/missing. I asked for more towels and lotion and the front desk said they would send house keeping and no one came. The tv wasn’t working but the engineer came quickly to fix it which was grea

Lobby smells awful, leaky shower, staff never brought towels or toilet paper.

No microwave in room, no housekeeping, had to get our own towels everyday, limited restaurants that delivered to hotel

Appreciated the breakfast and beach chairs. Access to additional pools was also nice. Lovely staff.

It was very cold in the hallway common areas. But that was not a big deal.
