Very dirty bugs on the floor and everywhere, they don't clean the toilet at all! No luggage room!

Windows were soundproof.

The only chairs were folding card table chairs. The room definitely needs a couch or a lounge chair. The kitchen was stocked with an absolute bare minimum of supplies to cook with. There was no knife to cut vegetables and when I asked for one I was given a dull steak knife. One of the window blinds was missing the wand to open and close the blind.

Great location, clean, retro-old Miami Studio: perfect.

The room was very spacious with comfortable bedding and bed size. The bathroom is small and an older style, but it was fine. The kitchen had minimal dishes and flatware, so it'd be difficult to do much more than eat what you bring into the room. For our purposes, it was fine. We needed the coffee pot, cups and minimal dishes. Loved the location as it was one block from the main street and beach area, so very close to the action. I thought the price was reasonable, especially for the location. We stayed 3 nights and if we needed anything at all - which we asked for an additional pillow - the manager was right on it and provided one. He even mailed home a package for us. Well appreciated. A/C worked well, although we barely used it.

The windows didn't close 100% in our room as they are an older style and wouldn't close all the way, so noise from the street could get in. I used earplugs tho and slept very well.

Incredible location in the heart of the Art Deco District of South Beach. We had a corner room on the 3rd floor that was amazing. Eye level to the tops of the palm trees. A full kitchen and spacious sitting area.

The drains in the bathtub weren’t very clean & the doorman is not there 24hrs/day. But they give you a key to the hotel main door so you can come and go as you please.

This is the best value for money (I paid 110$ a night, a bargain compared to other apartments in the same area) you can find in all of South Beach: perfect location (just behind Mango's, 100 meters away from the beach and the beach gym), the apartment has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchenette, a spacious room, and a comfortable bed. You also have air conditioning and two fans in the apartment.

Some things in the bathroom could be renewed.

Classic hotel with home like comfort.An Amazing hotel with huge rooms, big hall, plenty of extra storage, working full kitchen, all amenities inside room, big coin operated laundry space,If you like central location 50m to Ocean Drive and 1 min walk to the beach, make Sherbrooke All suites your home for vacation.Their rooms have plenty of air, sunshine coming from the tall windows and great air-conditioning, plus the full bath has a good water pressure in shower and 24 hours hot water.Wifi was seamless and fast, The bed was super comfortable too.The bus 150 taking you to and from airport and 100 all the way to downtown is 50m away on Washington and 9th, as well as the Trolley A & B, for free rides all over South beach.We stayed a Full week and didn't want to leave at the end because of the comfort alone.Hats off to the Team Sherbrooke !

10 flights from 1st level to elevator as our luggage was quite heavy, 6 pieces in all. Except that, nothing is a worry.

The location was excellent, close to beach transport and bars and eateries . Air conditioning and ceiling fans were a very welcome inclusion and lift to access 3rd floor was helpful for us.

Limited kitchen facilities e.g. no tea towel and no sharp knife. A comfortable lounge chair would be a good addition.

We liked that the hotel 5min walking to the beach and very close to convenience shops, and excellent bakery and restaurants. We worked from our suite during 3 days and the wifi always worked perfectly. The suite was very spacious with plenty of room to store our luggage and clothes. Trash was taken out daily and towels replenished. There were also 2 beach chairs and umbrella available at the suite. Although there is no staffed reception at the hotel, the host Alejandro was super attentive and very responsive on Whatsapp. We had an unexpected issue during our trip and he was very understanding and went above and beyond to help us.

The room could get a little bit warm during the day, but it's Miami after all :)

Very close to the beach, shops, and parking. The hotel was unexpectedly good and quiet with everything you might need in the room. A pleasant surprise and great value overall!

Great location and nice apartment with all we needed. Only 2 min from the beach and Ocean Dr.It is a noisy area - but we knew that when we booked. So overall we had a great stay there.We rented a car and there is several parking lots in the area.

Location, location, location! Do you look for the beach? Two block, Do you want drinks, dancing? It's around the corner? It's very late, you are drunk? There is a pizza place across the street. Definitely I will look for this hotel next time. And pricing? for sure you will play more for meals than you will pay for hosting. This place is well place, clean, comfy and cheap compared with nearby Airbnbs and Hotels.

Would like to have free amenities, like bike rental for example. Not sure if it was, because almost everytime I walked in there was none at the reception desk.

The location is just exceptional, one block away from Ocean Drive (South Beach). This place is at the heart of the Art Deco district, very lively day and night. Wooden floor (I love that). 200 meters to the beach. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The landlord is very helpful with great WhatsApp communication. Thank you.

The hotel was really nice — very clean and quiet, even though it's in the heart of South Beach, which is amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to Mr. Alejandro for kindly allowing us a late check-out so we could leave our things comfortably. That made a big difference for us!Highly recommended!

Location: is perfect, little in the middle of South Beach. Staff: Alejandro and Mitch are ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible.Cleaning: everything was cleaned, and they provide all the items for cleaning like dish soap or a broom.
