San Juan Hotel Miami Beach

I like the staff the best. They were welcoming, helpful and very kind. It was my birthday and they treated me so well, and I witnessed them treat other guest just as good. 10/10

The location is great, and the 2 ladies at the desk was very friendly.

Staff never came to change the linen or the towels in the room. I stayed for 4 nights and had to ask to get those changes at least 3 times a day. A couple of those days they told me no linen was available. This was the worst experience ever.

Location is perfect, super close to the beach and they have a section with free chairs and umbrellas. It's also a block from all the shops and restaurants. Happy hour in the bar is 50% off everything, great mojitos! The staff are super sweet and attentive

Breakfast needs improvement. Breakfast was the only issue I had. Also a warning, the hotel charges a $150 holding fee. Didn't got my money back until 6 days later.

The Location was perfect and the staff all gave vantastic service.

I loved everything

The hotel was very comfortable. It was a good location that suited our needs.One of the bonus questions you asked me was that I requested a quiet room. This is something i would not of done. I don't know why this was suggested.Staff were very friendly and helpful

There was nothing that i did not like about the hotel.

The corner room was great, also enjoyed being able to open the windows in our room.

Their WiFi did not work, which was a major issue. As a result, will not stay there again.

We ask for a quite room. The room we got was located just across the elevator. Heard the elevator engine all nice + AC engine just ourside of our room windows .Had to sleep with earplugs.The bed was soft.

The hotel was freezing cold, like a deep freezer. We absolutely couldn't get the room to the temperature we wanted. The reception staff were very rude. The hotel's location is good, but I would definitely not go there again.

Hotel was clean, and very close to lots of nice places. Easy to just walk everywhere. Pool was nice also.

The rooms weren’t clean, room 222 had a strong smell of urine and we had to change it. The desk in room 106 was sticky. The night staff at reception weren’t professional.The valet parking is very expensive almost 50$ per night.

Location to the Filmore

Room’s were uncomfortable and noisy near the elevator. My parents stayed in 304 - no climate control, cold all night with no option to change the temperature, tv broken, and the blackout curtains were broken and could not be closed, flashing lights and street noise all night. My room - 306 had an awful damp smell and again no climate control to change the flow of air. Barely got any sleep because smell. Again even closer to the elevator, Low water pressure, rough sheets, broken usb and usc chargers, phones were dead by morning. Here one night to go to a show at the Filmore and no one at the desk after 10:30 pm when we got back to discuss issues. Up and out by 7:30 am couldn’t wait to get out. Won’t be back.
