The Villa Casa Casuarina

Immaculate room. It was very clean and had complimentary beverages. I felt safe and it was very spacious. Everyone there was super nice.

The history of this mansion is extraordinary. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They made you feel like royalty.

Everything was spectacular

It's like staying in a mueseum! The amount of detail on every surface is extraordinary and walking out of the mansion makes you feel like a celebrity!

To stay there is an absolute spoil. Stunning architecture coupled with great food and service. Pool area is a bit sacrificed but you can use the sister hotel pool next door if you want to lie at the pool, for the rest everything is 5 stars

Too loud, staff had bad service and poor hospitality.

Breakfast was super and it was lovely sitting by the pool and having been able to swim before it. Staff were super - attentive without being fussy

Location. Old Italian style building and interior was also very nice.

Bedroom was very basic. Super high four post bed almost needs a foot step ladder to climb onto. Not sure how shorter people get onto the bed. No desk to put laptops on, although the room was bigger than average (suite). Only a few power points in the room, all behind or next to the bed. Had to ask for power extension cords. The lighting in the room was terrible, with only 2 bedside lamps doing their best to illuminate the entire (large) room.

Villa casa is an impressive and unique building with such a lot of history. The staff are so helpful and friendly and its location on the seafront is fabulous. It has a beautiful restaurant with great food. Talia on the front desk was superb couldn’t do enough to help always happy to see you.

The headboard really smelt along with the fridge in the room. There was nowhere to comfortably sit in the room.

The pool was a major attraction but once there, it is in the busy restaurant, and pretty hostile to potential bathers. Really wish we could have used the mosaic pool, but with no wear to discreetly disrobe, towel off or even sit while being watched and photographed by diners - that is nightmarish.

Management wouldn’t speak to us when the ceilings let in water all over my case - I have footage of it pouring in. A place I always wanted to stay since being little - they have ruined the place in my opinion!

The design is beautiful. Also the food was vey good. Some things were half-finished. Like my hotel room door (balcony side).

Missing elevator. But its logical, as it is very old. The Valet parking was very poor. I was stopping the car to change clothes and when i returned to the car, the waiter catch me in the restaurant area and i decided to eat in the restaurant. So, i parked the car about 2hrs. Later got to pay for this parking a full day fee 100 USD!!! NO LOGIC!

From the moment we arrived to check in, the whole experience was 5☆ .We were lucky enough to be the only customers in the hotel , we were given a tour of all the rooms and ending with Gianis Villa ! Wow , so, of course, we upgraded to the villa, and it is spectacularly decedant! The huge double-sided shower is just out of this world , and the double king bed is like a dream ! The food and service were exceptional, we had lunch and then had a beautiful breakfast in the morning by the pool and a swim in the mosaic pool !There is nothing at all we would have changed , other than moving in .Thank you to everyone who made it so brillaint .

Excellent breakfast; very professional and attentive staff. Restaurant food was extraordinary and the ability to enjoy the pool was amazing.

the level of noise -- from the restaurant area and trash removal at early hours . Entrance to room through the restaurant slippery and not as clean/nice.

Architecture, clean, exceptional design, great staff

This Villa is exceptional! The staff, Antoinette, Stephanie, Michael, Natalia were friendly, accommodating who all went above & beyond excellence. My birthday was one of my best birthday's. Thank you Antoinette & Stephanie for an effortless experience checking in.Your professionalism is unmatched. The food was superb! Michael made sure we had everything. Mimosa's were served cold & the French Toast was delectable. Natalia made sure my set up at the pool was perfected. I sincerely Thank, Villa Casa Casuarina for allowing us to have an unforgettable remarkable stay. My suite was breathtaking, from the Versace Duvet covers, the meticulous designs inside the room were so luxurious. Me & Best Friend had the most amazing nights resting. Waking up to where colors, textures and material designs are all in sync. Then there's poolside, like no other Villa/Hotel, was the perfect time for a photo shoot. Staff was excellent. Thank you everyone. We loved our stay.

Shower water was leaking to the room, broken shower handles and stuff just have to be updated. Because it is a tourist attraction, there are a lot of people everyday. Some do not understand dress code and some do not understand they can’t go to the closed areas designated only for guests.

Brekfast was included and was like brunch around the pool Amazing experience. Dinner was romantic. Food great. We had an anniversary dessert gifted to us. Room was called Amore, beautiful, classy, great mattress.

Check in was a little confusing. We wanted a late checkout but only got 1 hour
