It was roomy, comfortable and convenient to the convention center

The shower in my room (319) was not very good - the water pressure was almost none and it took me at least 15-20 min just to get the shampoo rinsed out of my hair...otherwise, I loved the room!

Ad said it has elevators building i was in did not. Maid would take wash clothes everyday, but not replace them. i had to go to front desk every day to get wash cloths the bathroom door would not stay closed.

Friendly staff, clean, good location.

Poor Wifi service. Would be a big upgrade to make that better.

The staff and the service. Top of the line, definitely to be repeated. Wonderful staff focused on attention to the guests. The Manager was outstanding and a credit to Pestana!

The hotel needs attention but it is obvious that they are dealing with this. The pool definitely needs resurfacing as it is a highlight of this hotel.

No restaurant on property

Loud location, full of people being loud and coming back early in the morning. If I were a college kid on spring break, I¿m sure I wouldn¿t mind the smell of weed and all the noise. The AC unit needed to be cleaned, gave me a sore throat. No parking

the hotel withdrew over $ 900 more than due when we called to dispute the charges they denied having withdrawn the funds

the staff was not able to clarify why the overcharged our card by 900 dollars 3 days after the stay

I like how well appointed the rooms were and the location was prime for the beach but not dead in the middle of the action so it was also peaceful yet very close to everything I also enjoyed all of the out door spaces available and the staff was great

I was charged twice! Once by booking and second by the property! Its been 15 days and they didn't return the money! The communication is hard and slow! When checking out I mentioned to the receptionist I was charged twice, still no action!! Be careful and aware!

The area around hotel was close to local shops, staff very friendly and very pleasant, breakfast was plentiful, the pool area was excellent, would certainly use this hotel again.

It’s Location. Swimming pool. Friendly staff, particularly Morning staff who we interacted with. Andrea (Portuguese) and her male colleague were very helpful and efficient. The bell boys Juan in the morning and Carlos in the evening assisted with baggage and directions with a smile !!

We weren’t made aware that there wasn’t a lift to go to our room which was on an upper floor. It would help if the staff had some idea of the local public transport system such as those for buses as well… to explore the city….other than Ubers.!!!

Everything was clean and quiet. Staff was exceptional and were able to meet every request we had.

Air conditioner could have been a little better, literally my only complaint. But I’ve stayed twice and the second time was in the main building that seemed to work better.

Beautiful hotel and an amazing location for seeing Miami Beach. It is off the main streets so the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Kind and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. Very nice pool and garden lounge. Great breakfast.

Amazing location, 5min to the beach and everything else around the corner. Very friendly and amazing staff at the hotel! You feel very welcome from the first day on. Great pool with long opening hours until 10PM - big plus.

That the gym is not in the same building...that would be the cherry on the cake, cause the hotel is amazing
