Posh South Beach

Nice and clean for hostel. Housekeeping is there daily and she's fair pleasant but yet overworked. I liked their partner restaurants Nd that service or better than staff at Posh. Lee. The manager, more mature and educated staff at Posh.

I didn't like that you don't have a manager to speak to immediately. You have to go to sister hotel to check in, etc. And I had to wait over 24 hours to speak to a manager before I was even able to get into my paid rook aka bunk,AFTER DELAYED FLIGHT!

Location is the best, nice people from All over the world Breakfast is good , all you need . Including many sort of cereal

To many people in the same room, they didn’t say it on the description. You need to take your suitcase by the stairs. It is very expensive for what you get

The staff

The showers are horrible. Water pressure nonexistent, dirty open 4 in one showers.

Location was central and great. Common area and pool deck was great.

Bathrooms were dirty and pretty disgusting - and the rooms were too big (almost 40 beds in one big space) so noise levels are high.

It was a quick place to stay. They had a mattress and a shower.

No hot water and no 24 hour cleaning service

They should do a better cleaning job , the fridge had expired suppliers left by other hosts , so they have no cleaning policy nor a cleaning framework as a result you feel like throwing up upon opening it. There’s absolutely no privacy at showers and toilets, for me I don’t mine seeing me semi naked , but it can be very uncomfortable for women, it also seem as a working in progress given some booths are locked down, unfinished walls and so on. Lastly, the lifts rarely works hosts must carry their luggage through stairs as a result.

Getting woke up at 4 am by 2 people fighting and screaming as loud as they could and watching the police come and kick them out , I'll never be back

The location was good, it was 200mts from the south beaches.They has kitchen.

It is too dirty everywhere, the kitchen, the bathrooms. And everything so open that you didn't have any privacy.The bedrooms had like 20 mixed beds or more, that didn't have access key. The place smelled bad, dirty, without ventilation. And on the bed beyond there was a person that seemed to be mad, making noise at night, talking alone. I think they don't care who stays there.

Perfect spot for exploring south beach, conveniently close to bus stops as well. The installtions are modern and the pool is really nice.

The kitchen could be better equipped, also there basically only is one big dorm room so I wouldn't suggest this hostel to people who have troubles sleeping.

The swimming pool, location and the experience.

My hostel neighbour snore extremely loud causing nobody to sleep or rest. I lasted 2 days but a few guest left before the time because was unbearable. Solution was to talk to the guys and resolve the issue nobody did and they knew the situation

Location and the great people I met there! A nice place to relax by the pool.

The water pressure was low, and some showers did not have proper blinds. There was very little space in the toilet cabins in the back. There was soap on the shower floors due to the lack of proper dispensers, and the fridge had broken drawers. The upper bunk bed was very close to the ceiling, and some people regularly hit their heads. Some of the staff seemed overworked, without proper customer service.

The location was great, the sleeping areas were tidy and not cramped. The bunks were roomy and positioned to provide as much privacy as possible. The kitchen had plenty of room

There were not enough utensils in the kitchen. Always short of pots/pans and the was no cutlery, so keep your takeaway cutlery when you get them.
