The location was great. I liked the size of the hotel. I like the character.
The bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning was extremely loud. The drain in the shower didn't work. The TV casting didn't work, and after we told the engineer, they didn't fix it.

The location is great. The plunge pool is amazing. Bedroom spacious and bed really comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful! It is situated in a great location to just walk across the street to the beach. The views from the rooftop were nice too! The drinks and burger was delicious! The pool is a bit small, but we'll maintained. The room was a little tight for 4 people and the bathroom was pretty small, but it was clean. We would stay here again.

A large room with a comfortable mattress. The location is great.
The staff are hot and cold - some days they are really helpful and other days they have a tone that implies are an inconvenience. The WiFi was terrible - constantly dropping in and out from our room. The pillows aren’t the best. The corridors of the hotel could use some updating.

The Balfour is an Art Deco Historic Hotel located toward the south end of Miami Beach. It has a beautiful interior courtyard with Palm trees and Orchids. The staff was super friendly and helpful..Its also pretty quiet even during spring break. We received complimentary Mojitos upon arrival.The hotel has an elevated second floor pool that is part glass.. You can sit at the outdoor seating in front and watch the world go by. I really like this Hotel

Location! Close to the beach. The room was big and clean. The bed was sooo comfy! The plunge pool was perfect for a quick dip. Beautiful hotel and well cared for. Staff was pleasant as well.
The cleaners skipped cleaning our room one morning. We had been out all day and had expected yo come back to fresh towels and a made bed.

Staff are kind. Room is very clean. Pool is nice. Location is good. There are Restaurant and bike to rent. You can enjoy the beach with chair and umbrella for free.
