Collins Avenue Hostel

Nasty hot small and dirty waste of money booked somewhere else.

Manager/staff stays in the room with you and didnt introduce himself or his position until days. Completely controls the eating area and television and leaves it trashed. Very disturbing and makes you feel completely uncomfortable.

Constantly locked out via card key daily (denies access) and forced to go into the next building to get it cleared up.

It has bedbugs no air small rooms all men no shared room for females

The staff was rude, the bathrooms were gross and the furniture broken down.

Worst piece of crap ever. Roaches was everywhere. They charged $55 for parking and you have to share a bathroom. It was disgusting. I wouldn't let my dog sleep there

Room was crap. Horrible, worst I've even been. Linens were not washed. Got bit by unknowns. Spend the extra 50 bucks and stay somewhere nicer

It was really, really, unclean and disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere, the bathrooms were filthy and often did not have toilet paper, paper towels, or soap.

It's a homeless shelter and I had to book another hotel wast my money ¿¿

Location to things for the evening.

Everything else. This place is a last resort if you can't find anywhere else to stay or if you just need somewhere to crash. My car would have been cleaner to stay in.

Location was perfect right between beach shopping and nightlife but not in the middle of the noise and traffic.....the staff here is friendly kind and informative I would let them stay at my house as they let me stay here

Old Bed was making a lot of noise, very old for the price, one bathroom for so many rooms shouldn't be allowed

i reserved in this hostel by mistake. and quickly within 5 mibutes i contacted the hostel to refend my money , and they refused.then i went to this hostel and was expected the misrable life in this hostel.very small rome no place to put your bag. also the rest room was shated with other room.its the worst hostel i ever faced in my booking life.

The location, the price, the staff was really nice. We had our own fridge and a big TV screen.

When we arrive to the hostel, the floor of the room was flooded, so they change us to another room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and I had to ask to the staff, It was not very clean, the beds had sand. And the bathroom is shared wirh all the people in the floor.
