This hotel was conviently located around everything I needed for the stay.

We had a terrible experience with ROACHES. I killed OVER 30 ROACHES while staying there for 5 nights. The hotel security came in on day 3 with an exterminator. After that the roaches came out in batches of all sizes. We couldn't leave anything out.

What I liked the most was the accessibility to the beach.

I did not like that my room was freshly painted and the smell was unbearable.

The direct beach access.

The security pick and choose who they nit pick about the bathing suit cover. To enter the building (not wet). No ice machines. They want you to buy it and then there nine available. Valet at certain times is a cluster. Some of the workers seem confused.

Gave me wrong code. No one to check me in. Security guards were rude. Did not have my paperwork on time. Room was atrocious. Felt like I was in another country. Shower was gross. Doors would not close.

Room was not the same you guys show on picture. Everything is old in the room. I don¿t recommend.

There is nothing best about the hotel.Room was filthy, dirty with cockroaches roaming around. Bath tub was dirty,toilet commode was broken. Seems like room was never maintained.No housekeeping, so staying for longer time(>2 days) will be painful.

Experience was horrible. Cockroaches moving all around in the room. Bathroom was so dirty. Toilet commode was broken, Bath tub was dirty. It seems room was never maintained at all. I had 4 days of stay and my stay was woeful. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

The only thing I liked about the hotel is the location and the access to the beach.

I didn't like how dirty and old the hotel is. The bathrooms smelled like sewer and the shower was so that I couldn't shower in it.The kitchen is so small and no stove. The swimming pool was broken and they didn't indicate it in their website.

Hotel was nice and the room was spacious , great ocean view from the window and the beach was literally right out back ! A lounge/bar down stairs and the food was good will definitely come back

The hotel was very hot ac didn¿t work that great, the hallway my room was on smelled like mold or mildew. My room wasn¿t cleaned properly. Sheets were stained. The hotels rooms are very old, didn¿t even shower didn¿t want to step foot into the tub.

There was nothing I liked about this place. Pink mold in bathroom. Water dripping from ceiling. NO WATER and limited electricity in our unit on 15th floor. Unable to use toilet n shower n sink during our stay.

my friend to slipped and hurt her lower back and neck from water dripping from our 10th floo ceiling!we moved to a unit on 15th floor- that had NO POWER for over 4hrs & NO WATER at all. We had to use the restroom in the LOBBY the rest of our stay

People who were next door to us left their dogs alone in the room till 2:30 am, barking was constantly going on. Front staff never even came up to knock? Check?

The room was in poor condition (bathroom lights and the fridge didn't work, paint was everywhere... list goes on. Code didn't work for beach access so had to repeatedly wait till someone came out. Not a pleasant experience.

They offered me breakfast, pool, spa. Nothing works there is nobody to complaint no staff for this kind of complaints. is not a Hotel is a room rental with zero Hotel services very disappointed. The rates charged are for Hotel.

Good location

Air conditioning didn't work, no hot water. Place smelled of marijuana. Pool was closed as were the restaurant and bar. I want my money back

Hotel is not well maintained. The lobby restroom is worst than... it's so bad, can't actually think of a comparison. The room was in absolute awful condition with cabinet doors falling off, dish soap provided in a mountain dew bottle, unfinished paint job

What I liked is that it was beach front and that it looked as good as the rest of the other hotels.

That they charge me $ 70.00 to clean my room. I asked the concierge for towels and she said that I had to call you guys for you to order them. I didn¿t like the fact that it was valet parking only. Luckily we were there for 3 days only.

Staff was not helpful and appeared to be scammers. The front desk staff advised me not to use the phone number in my email to make payment but provided a number to call. Calling the number, the person was clueless about details and just wanted money

Lobby and outside look was great but room quality was beyond horrible

Room was in very very bad shape. Other family members staying in other rooms had same experience.

The staff was friendly polite and helpful. The whole time was a pleasant stay and I will definitely tell others to go.

My sockets in the room were not all working properly other then that no complaints.

Access to beach

The room needs several minor repairs, like painting, the light in the bathroom does not work, we had to shower in the darkness, bathroom door does not lock, the toilet valve was leaking, base boards are lose, etc, etc
