The cleanliness of the room was great

The roof although was clean, I¿d just smaller than I anticipated. Didn¿t like that I lost cable tv for over a day and the smoke alarm randomly going off on the morning ineas checking out for approximately 20 seconds (loud), waking me up.

Great staff, room was better than anticipated, great location. I would book this hotel any time, and the value was just fantastic!

he location was excellent, and the sun loungers on the beach were a wonderful added bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the reception staff are incredibly friendly – they resolve any issue within seconds. The wine hour at the pool bar was a lovely touch and a very nice gesture.

Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy. The rooms are not soundproof at all – you can hear every person getting off the elevator. Because of this, it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep.Another major issue was cleanliness and housekeeping service. The room was not cleaned daily, and when it was, the housekeeping staff would come very late – after 4 PM – just when we were returning from the beach and wanted to rest. One day I specifically asked the ladies cleaning the room to come earlier, and I even left a tip, but the room was not cleaned at all that day.

Extremely noisy rooms, you can hear everything in the corridor and everything your neighbours are doing. Sounded like the upstairs neighbours were running a marathon on high heels.Unfortunately the Redbury charm was removed from the rooms, and the record player never worked. Reception staff upon arrival was super unfriendly. Luckily some other hotel staff during the week was more kind.One elevator not working during the entire week.No beach umbrellas.Water often not available in the lobby.Lots of small details, which were just not taken care of.

We encountered numerous issues during our stay and cannot recommend this hotel. We have stayed in Miami Beach many times at different properties, and this was by far the worst experience.To begin with, our room (244) was not clean at check-in: there was black hair in both the bathroom and the room. The bathroom door was broken, and the safe did not work. Although both issues were fixed quickly, it is concerning that room readiness is not properly checked in advance.The room was very dark due to a tiny window. However, the biggest problem was the constant dampness in the room. The shower is poorly designed: every time you use it, water leaks onto the bathroom floor. As this appears to have been an ongoing issue, the floor was swollen not only in the bathroom but also in the main room. There was always water on the floor everywhere. We had to place towels on the floor just to walk, and it raised concerns about hygiene and bacteria.Additionally, guests are instructed to place towels on the floor if they want them changed during cleaning, which is particularly problematic given the constant wet floors. On one day, room cleaning did not take place until 5:37 PM. We returned from the beach to find the room still dirty and had no clean towels.Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to restaurants and the beach. Great part of town, everything is within a walkable distance including the main tourism hub from where you can books tours and exclusions for Miami.

The location and vibe of this property fits perfectly with South beach. The location is convenient to restaurants and beach....we loved this stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Uma House by Yurbban for a short getaway and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel has such a warm, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely exceptional — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and feel at home while being away. I would definitely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy stay with outstanding service.

This hotel is clean, beautiful, and fun, and only a short walk from the beach. I managed to get a room for a very good rate and could not be happier with my stay. The complimentary coffee and wine were a fantastic touch. The hotel hosted a sushi popup on the roof one of the nights we stayed, which we enjoyed. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the rooftop area is decorated beautifully. The staff are highly attentive and do their jobs well.

I can't think of much that could have been better, as I'm very happy with my stay. Perhaps the one downside is that there's no complimentary breakfast like there is in larger franchised hotels, but I found that a perfectly fine trade-off for the experience.

Beautiful Stylish Hotel, location perfect close to everything. Pool area lovely . Staff very friendly professional. Room was large decorated well, loved the little inclusions coffee in the lobby , wine in the afternoon, beach lounges etc . If I came back would definitely stay again.

Advertised with slippers and bathrobes, they don't put him in the room even though they advertise him. They said I had to ask for them, asked every day.Nobody bothered. The key to the room quit working every day.Doesn't matter what time you leave when you come back The key didn't work.You had to go downstairs around the building to the front of the desk and get a new key. The room was a suite and way. Overcharged, the suite has no carpet in it. So it's kind of uncomfortable. The fold out bed was awful. Three people in the room and they brought us one washcloth, and one towel. So I had to ask for towels and washcloths every day. I asked for extra blankets for the fold out.Bed, I was ignored.I had to go to the front desk to get. I literally had to go to the front desk or call for everything that should have been supplied in the room. Now the front desk, people were lovely when you talked to them.They're super nice, but they did nothing that I asked for literally nothing. For the amount of money that is charged for this room, the service in the room are horrible.Go somewhere else.

Coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated. Beach club was not great-chairs were worn out, we ended up paying for something nicer, bit nice it was included.

Really clean, friendly, hotel in the middle of Miami.

Parking was a bit pricey. The swimming pool was in a completely different building with access along the street (we didn't use it as we spent our time sightseeing in Miami, so can't comment on how nice it was.)

Great location short walk from the beach and very close to lots of restaurants. There is a nice pool on the rooftop - the water was a tad chilly in Dec but okay once in (the sea was warmer). Nice day beds beside the pool to relax and catch the sun. The hotels beach area is good - right by a life guard hut and the hotel gives you two beach towels in your room + two deck chairs on the beach (you can also pay extra to hire an umbrella).Hotel room size decent and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at a neighbouring cafe was really good - a decent selection of options and all really tasty & made to order - staff were all friendly (some previous guests had commented that they felt the service they received wasn’t good - but this wasn’t our experience at all - the servers were all great)

The shower / bath was temperamental - the temperature often changed and we generally had to have it to close to maximum heat for it to be warm enough. There also wasn’t anywhere on the bathroom to put your own toiletries so I ended up putting them on the floor. The lifts don’t require a room key to access - so theoretically anyone could come in and go up to the pool etc - unlikely but just a bit unusual.

Excellent hotel in budget at walking distance from south beach and ocean drive. Everything was wonderful and good.
