first got a very sad room with few daylight and small . also a lot of noise because they are renovating next door . luckely we became another room because there was a gas smell in our room ... the breakfast was very poor to...

Small room and mosquito problem

Location was great! It was walking distance to the main destinations for food, shopping, and night life.

The sheets were dirty at check in, but they were quickly changed out by the maids.

Location is good, walk distance to south beach and many restaurants. However, the room is not that clean with some small ants in the kitchen. The shower in the bathroom is not good.

Room has a mold smell

Location. Close to the beach, Espanola way and Lincoln Ave

I liked the decor, the cleanness snd the facility was updated. The staff is wonderful.

The staff was nice and the hotel is cute but the breakfast was really poor and the room wasn’t really good

Room had a mildew smell

The rooms are cool, nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is nice and pleasant.

The reception only worked until 9PM

Disappointing

Low acoustics, room with no windows(or barely dorect cied to wall oppoite side (couple of metes)

- location at walking distance from the beach, licoln street- the free access to a chair on the beach with towel- big and clean room, very comfortable

- the breakfast (cold coffee and only bread and pastries)

I was in Miami for Art Basel week and the location was just perfect! I liked the bed which was queen size and very comfy. The stuff were very kind and professional. Everyday they changed out towels! I like the coffee in the morning. Two sun beds were included and the beach is 5 minutes away! Amazing!

The breakfast wasn’t so good but I understand for some people cornflakes with milk and brioche are very good! I cannot complain but it’s just not my type of breakfast. Would be nice to have just boiled eggs. The room was good but many details like bathroom door and the door under the sink in the kitchen were very outdated. During that week the prices were expensive! We had a room for 6 nights and we paid 2000 USD. But that’s the Art Basel week. In our room we heard construction in the morning and some screams at night . Then we found out there is a bar which very loud at night. I was saved by earplugs.

The location was very central to many restaurants/bars. The beach was only a few minutes walk away although we didn’t have time to go.We arrived early after disembarking a cruise ship. Mickael on reception was very helpful in sorting a room out for us and also helped to carry our luggage.

Not enough room where the breakfast was provided

Great location, clean rooms, excellent facilities in the room. Michael who greeted us on arrival was amazing and so helpful.

No coffee in the room, too busy at breakfast, unable to find a space to sit.

Fantastic stay! Mike and Valentina did everything to make my stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. I arrived far too early, nevertheless I could get changed, got a towel and a sunbed at the beach as complimentary service. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Super close to the beach and comes with sunbeds in the first row in South Beach.

Very poor

The air conditioning was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. The room was dusty and smelled strongly of mold and dampness. The windows couldn’t be opened, and there was a lot of noise from outside. Overall, we couldn’t sleep at all and ended up staying outside until the early morning hours.Even though we told them we were there for our honeymoon, they completely ignored it. It was honestly the worst experience we’ve ever had. The price is far too high for the quality offered.The only good think there, was the man at reception was very polite and friendly with us!

The location, breakfast, and beach chairs

I didn’t like how anytime someone opened their door, it sounded like some one was opening mine. The mattress had a huge body indent in the bed, so I was very uncomfortable.

Good location

What I did not like about the property was the excessive noise. Starting around 9 PM and lasting until 4 AM, there were people laughing and talking directly outside our windows, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioning unit was also extremely loud, adding to the disturbance. In addition, the door codes were never changed, which felt unsafe, and we were not provided with fresh towels at 3 PM as expected. Overall, the main issue was the noise, which made it very difficult to rest.
