Location and quaintness

Some aspects of room seem to need updating Parking is too expensive and it?s mandatory valet.

Friendly staff and conveniently located near beach access.

Did not have 24 hr concierge service and no ice/water machine available.

Close to the beach and close the all the action on Ocean Drive. Nice big room with great shower and bathroom. Quiet pool upstairs was nice.

No front desk reception. We always had to track someone down from the restaurant. We had them hold our bags and it wasn¿t in a locked up space just behind a bamboo curtain and not locked up.

The location to the beach and all the restaurants yet it was quiet and set far away from the action it was very relaxing and had a great chill vibe.

The hallways were extremely dark but everything else about the hotel was great!

The location is excellent, beds were very comfortable, room was quite large, very clean, and decor of room and lobby was tastefully beachy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The only thing we did not like was the motion sensor light in the bathroom.

I really liked the miniature pool that was on the roof. The decor was extremely sexy.

There was no signage on the front of the hotel. I was parked right in front and had to call the front desk to make sure I was in the right place. The location is at the tail end of Ocean drive so there is no action in the area.

Excellent service, Eddy, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and Eddy had surprised us with balloons and a hand written note in our room when we arrived. Top notch customer service! Location is perfect, right close to all the sites offered in South Beach. The private beach access was nice, chairs and umbrellas provided daily. The food serviced was really great and then the roof top pool area just took this place over the top. Now I just can't wait to come back!

As yet I didn’t receive a credit on my card which was required to provide a room guarantee; this was due 24 hrs after my departure.

Staff, cleanliness, location in South Beach, hotel restaurant.

Room was lovely, the artwork was beautiful, posed Barbies...that were doing activities, very original. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. The valet parked my truck and had it ready when we left, the overall experience 5 star. I'm glad I booked there.

Boutique styling, very comfortable bed and staff very friendly. Location was great.

One minor drawback is the bathroom privacy glass, which transmits significant light into the sleeping area—especially on its automatic timer during nighttime use—potentially disturbing light sleepers.
