Other than location this hotel has nothing to off

They don't have any cleaning service. I was there 6 nights but only got cleaning service on one of those nights

No room temp control and squeaky bed springs

NOTHING!!!Awful, terrible, disgusting, horrible! No clean sheets, no towel service, / cleanup service, coffee, food, electric outlets didn¿t work, lightbulbs burned out, broken-rusted iron, noisy and doors slamming all night, and I could go on¿¿..

Been one block away from the beach is the only good thing the rest is garbage.

The type of people staying at this hotel are drug consumers. Children should not be exposed to this environment.

The location was Perfect, literally walking across the street to the main Beach area and Starbucks

Check in was absolutely HORRIBLE. Nearly a 2 hour check in process and we were 3rd in line when we got there.No Microwave

Everything about stay -- lift doesn't work. Ac can't be controlled .. rooms were given on 3rd floor and we have to lift luggages till 3rd floor. Car parking was asked to be paid for 2 nights. Even if they have , they are selling it per vehicle.

Great location, good choice and very friendly staff.

Broken shower head. However they did send someone immediately to come fix it as I need to shower from a beach day and get ready for my evening out in a timely manner.

Nothing at all. do not book in advance they won’t refund you after you see how nasty this place is. Conned about $300 from me

The a/c wasn’t good Everything was dated nothing was up to date

elevator did not work-, room old and shower not working properly....

The location was amazing.

The bathroom smelled terrible of urine. The family next to us had a dog that was barking throughout the night. A lot of noise in the hotel.

the apartment is old, everything is old, wasn’t very clean, there were cockroaches at the freezer (I didnt know they could live in freezer, but there were 2 of them, and I saw 1 another running somewhere on the floor)

The worst experience

Everything. They had no parking, you had to park in an hourly pay lot and it was 3 blocks away. With the hourly parking it would have been an extra $130. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Then the check in staff was rude and said “this is Miami during spring break”. We left and did not stay. Website never said about no parking and having to carport your luggage over 3 blocks. And it was a dumpy hole in the wall place.

Location was horrible the cleanliness was horrible and we did not stay. It's scared us to be there.

mattress were 20 years old and they are pretty dirty and stain. kids don’t want to sleep on the bed, we put our towels and sleep.
