The location

It was dirty in the lobby and rooms as well as being very loud, my phone didn’t work, I was unable to sleep and the toilet didn’t work

The bed and pillow was comfortable.

There was no thought to the placement of furniture in the room. The room is super small with nowhere to place your luggage or toiletries in the washroom. We asked for a luggage stand but the attendant/concierge at the front desk did not know what the was. Told us to come back tomorrow morning. He had just checked us in and confirmed our check out for tomorrow. We stayed 1 night to board our cruise the next day. Property is located at the end of South beach and not centrally located. Besides the bed being comfortable, the room was not.

The floors in the room were never broomed so they were very dirty, we didn’t have many towels, the counter space in thw bathroom was too small, lack of shelving, and lack of space in the actual room for our luggage. We could hear when our neighbor got in their room. Pool was small and inflatables were a bit dirty

The hotel itself is nice, but very dark. The hallways were nearly pitch black and the rooms could use a lamp or 5. The rooms themselves were nice, comfy beds, bathroom could use some hooks to hang wet towels and shelves for toiletries but otherwise nice.

There’s no “social club” aspect. I must have been the restaurant/bar under construction when we were there but that meant we lost all the “fun” of the property. No music or food/drink service by the pool save for some snacks I could order… on WhatsApp? The whole thing seemed odd.

The lighting in the room was horrible, and the shower door was put on the incorrect way so every time I showered, there was water all over the floor, and I almost slipped and fell a couple of times, which is extremely dangerous. I also didn’t realize that the balcony suite did not have a good view. I was basically looking at the back of a building. If I knew that I would not have paid for a balcony suite.

Rude gentleman at check in. Corner room ridiculously small and road noisy.

Easy acces to everything South Beach. Close to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Staff was great! We were celebrating our anniversary and was gifted a bottle of champagne on our arrival! Bonus points there for sure! Rooms are updated and clean.

Not much to complain about!

Very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. In particular Franca was sweet & made our stay comfortable. She went above & beyond to make sure our needs were met. She even helped us w late checkout as much as possible . Being as though, the room had to be prepared for the next guest. She let us keep out luggage on the premises while we shipped around until it was time to leave for the airport

No microwave, only downside

Cleanliness, I found a used bandaid on one of my towels, the front desk didn’t even apologize. Safety, Balcony doors don’t lock.

Location, location, location!

Walls appears dirty, white paint I understand how easy this happens. Lightening in room is terrible. Sink in bathroom is too small.

Love this property. Every time I am in Miami this is my go to. It’s always clean, staff is always friendly. And it is within walking distance of everything

I loved checking out bikes here and riding down south beach, loved that they give free chairs at the beach and the complimentary glass of prosecco was lovely.

Great location , a couple blocks from the beach. they give you beach towels per guest and two beach chairs per room. there aaa a cute little balcony we loved taking pictures on. honestly great photo opportunities all around the hotel. the staff is super friendly and helpful.

not very much lightning, we had three girls in our room and there was only the bathroom mirror and a small body one not near any outlet. also our room was lovely but the ceiling was not. also the pool is catfish it is pretty small ?

Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Bikes were very fun! Decor is beautiful. Staff was very nice!

Very loud. On busy street and caters to young kids partying. Stuff extremely rude
