The view and the way the suite was set up. It was like an apartment basically I loved it.
The first guy that I checked in with at the front desk. He was very rude and the day shift valet guy also was rude.
The two swimming pools and access to the beach was great.
The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The front desk person keep repeating that it is not a hotel and you have to contact the owner. We had to wait for 30 minutes to check in because he had to call "the owner" and confirm that we had a reservation.
