Very beautiful and great location

I got to my room at 11pm and my sheets were wet. Then I asked for replacements and they were damp and stained with red liquid all over. Then in the morning I complained again and asked for a discounted rate and all they offered me was a late check out

Location.....very central to "South Beach" and staff---very professional and courteous!

Compared to my last stay at this hotel (July 2021) the physical property has deteriorated---inside the room, in the hallways, etc.

The open concept bathroom made it inconvenient for two single ladies to get ready at the same time.

Loved my stay. Location was perfect for 1. Right next to the beach, close to all amenities.Liquor store, large souvenir shops, eatery and bars. The hotel restaurant was also very nice and elegant. The room was cute and quaint. Perfect size for 2.

I didn¿t like this hotel.

Yes there was no parking. $50 for valet. I was advertised beach front it was not. The glass shower with no door or curtain did not work for my son and I. Expensive, not worth the $

Decor was lovely and great location

We had a room on the first floor and it was noisy all night. I had trouble sleeping due to the noise. Perhaps the other floors would be less noisy because I heard the door slamming all night long

very very small room . No place to walk . No place to sit. Open shower room with no door. When one takes a bath , others can see. NOT for a family with kids. Water dripped from AC overnight and created a puddle.

staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. overnight staff, notably the girl with the curly hair, stands out for her warm and accommodating demeanor. The valet parking was top tier.

Disappointed with stay as both rooms had non-functional toilets. Despite promises to relocate, I remained inconvenienced. Maintenance calls were frequent for toilet issues, and the noise from the club persisted till 5am, impacting the overall experience

The rooms were very very clean and the staff was all great.

The food by the pool was not good, the location of the hotel was not in a great neighborhood. The room was very very small with no surfaces to set anything down no chair just 2 beds. The shower is out in the open and see through.

The front desk staff was great, so welcoming and kind! Location was superb! Less than a block from the beach and several places to eat/drink very near. The free bikes were a plus and the beach access through the Sagamore was a scenic, enjoyable walk.

Later check in than most hotels in the area.

Hotel wasn¿t what I was told and described to me. I was told as I requested that I was going to get a king size bed and breakfast included with my reservation and everything was a lie. Additionally, the hotel charged me another 45 dollars for other stuff.

Yes, room was way too small, 2 double beds no room to walk arround the beds or place the luggage. There were no towels in my room took 2 days for them to bring my towels, room was not turned or serviced. Upon arrival there was no baggage assistance.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of the room.

The size of the room was a bit smaller than what I normally stay in?

The location was great and having a restaurant downstairs and access to shopping etc. Overall the hotel was nice. The lobby was very appealing. The staff really tried to work to rectify the situation.

I have no real complaints about the hotel

The Staff was amazing. Super nice and informative. The beds were great as well super comfortable

The room was nice but the rooms are small. Also around the room you could see build up of dirt.

the receptionist took the time to explain us about the benefits included with the resort fee, such as the free bikes, free access to a near by hotel with direct access to the beach , and when I got there around 7pm, she offered late check out ¿¿

Volume on TV did not work, shower valve to turn in water did not work. Hotel curtain was hanging (not properly hung). House keeping required a day notice, Cale required 40 minute notice and was often severely late, room was extremely small, not well kept

The hotel was terrible from atmosphere to service, no room cleaning no room service.

Quaint charm

Air conditioning was spotty. It worked and then did not. Had to have someone look at it.

Location was great.

The strong smell of cleaning products in the room was unpleasant. The a/c basically shut off in the middle of the night. The fan continued to run but the temp was not cool. The thermostat was turned down to 60 degrees but cold air didn't turn on until 6am
