Guest Rating
Good
Pros +
- The room we selected was exactly what we wanted
- the location, the size of the room the kitchen in the room
- The worst customer service!
Cons -
- For something that has a kitchen, it was lacking pans&utensils for cooking. There was no scrub pad to do dishes, etc. The pool was closed the entire visit. This is why I spent extra money on this hotel. They could've offered breakfast to compensate.
- the service at reception.
- No air conditioning for two days.
