Beautiful rooms and pool. Staff was extremely helpful.

Location was very good.

The shower in our room did not have any shower gel left in the container. Had to use shampoo to take a shower.

Our room was dirty and we had to change to another room and that was dirty as well. The elevators were dirty

Staff was super friendly and accommodating

Rooms were a little dated. No microwaves or fridges made it very inconvenient food wise. Deal breaker, would not stay again.

the room was old, furniture was substandard aesthetically. Cabinets and closets looked poorly made from basic materials. Balcony was flooded and had ineffectice drainage placed at highpoint not low point of balcony. bathroom poorly designed. room ugly

It advertised parking lot when it does not have it. The interior bathroom with barn door impractical when traveling with teens

Could use a remodel for the rooms

The staff was really nice. Front desk staff, a special shout out, was amazing. Such high energy and always made me smile. Live music in the lobby. Valet staff was nice.

It was just a hotel. Nothing about is said- pay more money to stay here. Beach access is the same as other properties, room decor really needs to be updated. Some ¿Amenities¿ are there but not to level I actually expected. For a 4.5 star hotel.

The location and staff were great. The live music was also a nice touch in both the lobby and at the pool.

Our bathroom door did not close properly and we were next to the freight elevator so it was extremely loud and therefore did not get good quality sleep. There was construction going on at the hotel ne t to us which was annoying during the day.

They placed me in a room outside of the facility in the Lanai area which was outdated and damaged

THERE WAS NO CHAIR OR TABLE IN KING BED ROOM.THE HOTEL CHARGES FOR AMENITIES WE NEVER USED LIKE SNACKS OR WINE .

Perfect location. Nice poolside bar. Friendly staff.

Valet parking required. Slightly noisy in terms of sound isolation.

HOTEL IS WAY OVERPRICED!!! ROOM SMELLED LIKE MILDEW, WHICH IT HAS IN SHOWER WALL & CEILING. BATHROOM FAN DID NOT WORK, WATER PRESSURE IS VERY LOW, AND SHOWER DOOR LEAKED TO OUTSIDE FLOOR. BEDS ARE STREMELY HARD. HALLWAY RUGS ARE STAINED

On the upside the location was the best in Miami Beach, staff were generally great.

Oceanview room had the most disgustingly dirty windows I¿ve ever seen. Door to bathroom was barn style so there was zero privacy- expect to hear EVERYTHING that happens in there. Hotel is really rundown, carpets everywhere were stained and gross.

Neat thing about this hotel is the location, beachfront, centrally located you can walk to just about anything. It has a bar, and breakfast place. Friendly staff , held our luggage last day, for a bit.

Maid didn¿t give us clean towels the last two days, late checkout was not available,

It¿s right on the beach and close to convenience stores and restaurants.

Paying extra for a mini fridge and/or microwave is a weird way to nickel & dime people. This is especially true when you charge a $33 (plus tax) daily resort fee, and your pool/hot tub are closed at dusk, currently about 6:45. And the beds are very hard.

I enjoyed the scenery more than anything ag this Location.

I am an Elite Titanium Member who was treated like someone who was irrelevant. Shower literally became dislodged and flooded my room. Then the very next morning the shower head again, becomes dislodged and strikes one of my Coworker¿s in the head.
