- Rooms are really clean and service was great! Amazing location!
- Beautiful new hotel with water view of harbor, great infinity pool, large rooms with separate living and bath. Breakfast was decent , only downside was valet parking but all resorts in Miami had this. Fantastic location away from South Beach crazies

- No clock at bed
- No self parking
- The patio furniture is not comfortable at all. Definitely need to add some pillows to the chairs. Better breakfast items would be great
