- We were moved from 603 to 402 in different buildings. 402 was delightful and the pool(s) were fine. The balcony was really great. The condo was easy to care for. The kitchen was well appointed.
- The view, the room, and the location. Also, the Hotel Employee from Resort Quest was great with assisting us on check in and with any issues after check in.

- Condo needed several repairs: loose toilet - rocked when you sat down on it, loose bathroom faucet, broken ice maker, blender base was missing, front door only closed when you used the keyed pad entry lock (very unsafe)
- The first condo had an odor of mildew and wasn't clean. Even the furniture and floors were wet when we arrived and one chair was sticky. The door to the balcony required a deep cleaning and silicone so it would open. The kitchen was bare minimum.
- We received a text and email the morning we were to check in and were given the key code. Then at 3 pm I got a text and email that our trip had been canceled due to a maintenance issue. Luckily we found a hotel. Really bummed.
