Location is ideal.

No pool or hot tubs as advertised. East wing smelled like weed the whole time.

TV did not work. 3 calls and a trip to front desk and no one ever fixed it. Soap dispensers were empty. Hot tub and pool were not functional even though advertised to have.

Quiet, convenient, and clean. Some furniture was older, but it was all clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Not a lot of lighting in the parking lot so it was a bit difficult to find the way out in the dark.

Two hot tubs - it wasn?t super busy.

For the brand the hotel was tired and needed a significant renovation for the ?grand opening?.

The Coin machine for the laundry room was out of quarters; 2/3operating washers and only 1/3 functional dryer. Pool was green and unkept. Sauna inoperable. The snow was not plowed in parking lot. The customer service was ?I just work here? attitude.

Location but wouldn?t Stay here ever again

Rude staff, visible black mold, the hotel Is not clean, party hotel with loud People running halls all night

Everything was clean even the spa

No diet coke

The refridgerator didnt work, the hot water didn't work the morning we checked out, there was no way to get in contact with the front desk without walkin downstairs.

Location to resorts Quiet

Nothing worked. Amenity wise. Hot Tub didn?t bubble. Heated pool was 50 degrees.

Cleanliness,smell and view from window was parking lot and sidewalk next to window. Clattering air conditioner

Room was actually clean and loved the view of Lake Dillon out my window.

We had two rooms. They put us on the 6th floor because we told her we were concerned about the mixed reviews. Both rooms had a pretty foul smell. Luckily, opening the windows and running the fan helped. We believe the smell is in the carpet

It smelled. Staff never talked to us. Nowhere to throw things out.

Ease of location. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed!

Parking is limited. Drains in bathroom are very slow.

The location was the only thing to like about this location.

The staff, the smell of food permeating the hotel to include our room, the broken heater in our room, the stain on our bedspread and box spring and how dark it was in the hallways. There wasn't anything to really like about it in general.

That I wasn¿t sleeping outside in a blizzard.

The hotel had no hot water, the front desk could not provide us a working room key, hotel smelled like mildew, and the sheets were dirty, heater didn¿t work

Definitely Not a 3 star hotel!!! Very old there was a hole in the walll Toilet was broken hair dryer didn¿t work When I mentioned it to receptionist she didn¿t react very poor experience!!!
