Rodeway Inn Oxford

Not sure where to start. My wife literally cried after 10 min. Turned the lights on,there was roaches running up and down the wall. Totally disgusting. We were stuck cause everything was sold out. Tried to leave and they refused to refund. Never stay!!

It's easy location. The fact that we could pay later. The staff was friendly. The blanket had a stain on it, as well as the tub and shower, a spider web in the corner. No coffee filter with coffee pot.

They did not inform us, that they were working on the motel, that there was noise, and no wifi available. The first night, a car, with extremely loud noise parked right outside our room and blarred his boom box after 10 p.m. while we were trying to sleep

Beds were very hard. Water was either way too hot or too cold. Hard to take a shower there. Bathroom was dirty when we arrived.

Nice bed. Nice pillows. Cold and quiet Air conditioner. Quiet room. Easy walk to Walmart. Friendly staff. Very good value for the budget traveler.

Carpet needs steam cleaning.

It was cheaper

That the house keeper or owner whomever she was got mad and yelled at me because my child had an accident over night... I will never go back there. And I will not recommend it to anyone

the staff was atrocious. they were rude and argumentative. do not stay here.

rude staff. guy at the desk argued with both of us multiple times because they kept deactivating our keys. wouldn’t let us have 2 keys active at worse? horribly horribly rude. messed up shower, the thing to turn it on was loose so it was either ice cold or BURNING hot. do not stay here.

It’s location

Getting charged an additional $367.00 and change Because NASCAR was in town.???I had to show my confirmation information from Booking.com to confirm my room was $232.59 for 3 days and NOT $600.00.????

Close to business trip

Rude staff and requested a non smoking room and was old ex in a room with ashtrays and burns in the sheets.

Manager and his wife were very friendly and hard working, excellent location

Needs upgrade. No alarm clock, no coffee pot, TV small, Lobby locked because front desk people were the same people trying to clean rooms and doing laundry so, I couldn't get in to the lobby to get coffee and the rooms don't have a coffee pot. With this being said needs at least 1 more employee so, someone can be at front desk at all times.

Location was close to the track

Not worth the $ it smelled bad like smoke even had a ashtray in the room bed was very uncomfortable @ front desk check out time everything was lock up knew I was going 2 say something towels was like tissues plain ans simple the hotel look like a crack motel inside we had no choice but stay cause there was a event going on near by never again will I stay there I will sleep in my car first I also felt very itchy staying there this hotel needs 100% makeover

Nice large clean rooms

I didn’t eat any breakfast and I enjoyed the location & the cleanliness of the entire property inside and out. Both the man and woman SUPER FRIENDLY & VERY HELPFUL.

I really don’t know- I was completely comfortable

The proximity of the property to the venue that we attended; the nightly rate & it's w/in Walmart complex is a plus!

It's location to the main road & it's inside commercial complex resulting to some degree of noise!

The beds where comfortable

The lady behind the counter was rude and she tried to charge me a pet fee when my dog was in my car all night

The convience of the location

It didn’t have enough pillows on the beds or towels in the rooms and then they call and rush you away at check out time

The overall location is very efficient it’s around restaurants as well as gas stations walking distance to all nearby restaurants and gas stations

The owners are hateful and they charged me a depose and I’ve never paid a deposit whenever I’ve stayed there before, the women owner was hateful you cant have company come visit which is a little much for the price of those rooms

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel was right off I-20.

The manager/owner was not friendly. The coffee area was locked twice, therefore we could not get in for coffee.

No coffee maker, need better quality soap and shampoo

Cleanliness owners were very helpful and friendly
