The location is great by the Giza bus station. The bellhop Mohamed was very nice. The balcony was a great view.

The guy at the front desk overcharged me and they don’t accept credit cards.

The roof top is Amazing The room was old but cozy and very simple.Staff is very friendly Laundry service is very fast

Room need at least water boiler just to drink any hot drinks in the terrace in the room

They accepted early check-in, really appreciated after a night on the bus from Luxor. Good for 1 night, for our needs location was good as well, good breakfast. Restaurant upstairs has a nice view over the zoo (practically a green area) and food was also fine.

The light too weak in the bathroom, shower cabin would use some more cleaning.

the air conditioner is making very loud noise so we couldn’t sleep well, also the windows doesn’t have any thing to avoid the mosquitoes from getting in the room.

quite n calm n comfortable for studies while stay, staff was good, all basic facilities were available like WiFi, fridge,ac fridge, TV n warm n cold water 24hours.good lightening in the room.

Close to the Nile and within a mile of the rowing club. Sheets were clean and smelled nice.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, wonderful private room overlooking the zoo gardens, and the historical character still showing much of its former splendour. First class meals up on the open balcony.

Attention to jaded facades would give it a real uplift.

Rudeness and dirtiness

Dirty , the carpet felt like wasn’t cleaned for decades, the beds are sooo old ,hard and dirty . The stuff forced you to tip more than usual, the hotel needs either to renovate or to be closed…

The location was fantastic in quiet place and also for the tourists will be fantastic becouse it's almost downtown near evrything. It was nice staying there it's not fantasy place but it's cousy and not to much people you see.

1-Location: The hotel's location was very convenient for me as it is close to Cairo University, which was essential for my trip.2-Breakfast: I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast provided at the hotel. It offered an amazing selection of local Egyptian 3-breakfast items, which added a delightful touch to my mornings.3-Staff: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist me and every other guest with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable.Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent, thanks to these factors."

While I had a positive experience overall, there were a couple of areas that could be improved:1-Room Comfort: Initially, I found the room to be less comfortable due to a small and noisy bed. However, upon reporting this to the staff, they promptly addressed the issue by changing my room, which I appreciated.2-Cleanliness: I also noticed that the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom could be improved. There were some cleanliness issues that I believe need more attention to ensure a satisfactory stay for all guests.

Staff very helpful & friendly.. There is a rooftop restaurant with views of the zoo, which would have been spectacular in its hay day but is closed, unfortunately, still the view is nice.

The receptionist wanted to give me a bad room and told me that's the fare rate that I booked for but by luck it wasn't able to stay in bad Tv so he changed it with another one after more than 1 hour trying to fix TvHe was the worst thing in the accommodation

Taha the receptionist has no idea about hotels customer service. He loses patience very quick.I could not sleep at all becuase the noise the air conditioner does. It was a real horor.The receptionist makes any excuse to let the doorme into your room to get tips like the housekeeping forgot a tower not belong to the hotel or helping you to open the room doors even if you do not have luggeges. It was so wierd and cheap to push the hosts to pay tips for nothing
