Nothing ! This hotel was the worst hotel I¿ve ever used ! Dirty, poor food, and some staff were rude

Everything, They failed to collect us from the Airport left us vulnerable, The telephone number doesn¿t work ! We called 22 times, emailed and Facebook messaged and NO reply The internet wasn¿t working at all Lots of unhappy customers at the hotel L

The rooms were very clean, the staff and reception were helpful and nice, and the view of the pyramids was wonderful.

Amazing team, they helped me arrange the airport pickup and followed up with me through WhatsApp. The location is perfect, very close to the Pyramids. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was good, and the rooftop was amazing, with a great view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly, especially Ziad, who helped me arrange transportation in Egypt without the need to use Uber. Traveling with them was comfortable and safe. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable with a great view of the Pyramids, and their hospitality was excellent.

I have traveled to many destinations, but my stay at this hotel in the Pyramids area is easily one of the most remarkable experiences I’ve ever had. The location is perfect, just a very short walk from the Pyramids’ main entrance. The staff were truly kind and professional, always ready to help. Ziad welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained the wonderful tours they offer, we booked a trip to Alexandria, which became one of the most amazing places I’ve visited. We also used their airport transfer service, which was comfortable and fast. The highlight for me was the rooftop terrace, enjoying delicious Egyptian food while gazing at the Pyramids was unforgettable. They also have a traditional seating area called Arabian seating,” and it was my first time trying it, an amazing experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Giza Pyramids Inn completely surprised me. I stayed for three nights and loved how close the hotel is to the pyramids. The rooftop area is unbelievable, you can literally sit and watch the pyramids glow at sunset, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a joyful atmosphere and always ready to help with anything I needed, offering great tips and advice. They treated me like family and even arranged my airport pickup with no hassle. The services they provide are excellent, and I will definitely come back again.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the pyramids. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, helping us wherever they could.
