This hotel is officially rated as a 5-star property, but my experience was far from that standard. Honestly, I can barely rate it 2.5 stars.The building feels very old and poorly maintained. The facilities are not in good condition, and even the elevators make worrying noises when in use. The room itself was disappointing—cleanliness was clearly lacking, and the furniture was worn and in very poor condition.The most concerning issue was the presence of mold. There was visible black mold on the walls and inside the bathroom, especially around and between the shower enclosure. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming a 5-star rating.Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I will not return to this hotel. I strongly recommend that the relevant authorities or rating agencies review and reassess this hotel’s star classification, as it does not meet 5-star standards in any way.

Sports facilities

This place can’t be a 5 star. At best 3 star. They give plastic cutlery for in-room dinner order. Plastic spoon and knife fork for soup and chicken. Room was cold as windows didn’t close properly, Coffee was Nescafé sachets! In room fridge was empty, why place the fridge then ? Rooms are dated and neglected. Very few staff speak or understand English and no one has a service orientation. Ladies at the front desk were a saving grace, they saw we were sick and helped as much as they could.

Quiteness, housekeeping, supervisor and the poltiness of the emloyees were so influncive.. they were very responsive and motivated..

Ahmad Gamal, Dina Mahmood, and Mustafa Ali were exceptional workers and worth to be mentioned???

The breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but the Egyptian breakfast is delicious. The rooms was fine a bit old but practical, we had nice view. The staff was friendly and nice and helpful.

The furniture needs replacement and the rooms need renovation.

I had breakfast for 2 days. And I paid for it. The day I left the hotel, they said you didn't pay for the food. I said I did. Finally I said go and turn on the camera and see. In short, you have a lot of fake receptionists.

The staff was very kind and super helpful. Big thanks to Adly who works at reception and went the extra mile to make my accommodation pleasant. Thank you for your professionalism and care for customers.Huge thanks also to Mohammed Al-Warith who did a wonderful job of cleaning my room.

The hotel has 5 starts but the facility needs renovation in several places. The internet code they provide you with at check-in works only with 1 device. You need to ask for several if you need to connect phone, laptop, etc.. Internet is also quite slow. Finally the curtains in the room didn’t close all the way letting lots of sunlight through in the morning.
