Friendly staff and affordable price.

I was charged 400 Egyptian pounds for losing the key to my room. Also, there was a roach in the bedroom.

No boiler in the room available when asked,no bottle of water,no coffee or tea in room ,no mini bar as per discription

The location is very good and staff is friendly very easy Clean room

The breakfast was very healthy. The location of the hotel was excellent - a good position to experience true Cairo life.

Our stay in Havana was perfect! The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Hiba, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return!

Noise reduction. Reception area not cold enough , AC is shut off most of the time.

In terms of my visit, this was an excellent facility, ideally located and well appointed. The staff were always exceptionally helpful; I mostly ate outside the hotel, in order to widen my experience of Egyptian food. But the bar was a hive of activity and although I was travelling alone, I soon made many friends over a cool glass of Stella. Special commendation to Mustafa for his kindness and attentiveness to me.

I can think of nothing that would have made my stay more enjoyable.

The rooms, bedding, towels were all fresh and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and very communicative and accommodating of our requests. The location is central and close to many shops and restaurants.

Very nice staff the hotel is nice and clean and if you need any help or assistance don't hesitate to ask the manger Mr Ihap he is very helpful Ido recommended

The A/Cs were noisy in one of the rooms, they changed the room for me, the AC was new but was still noisy from time to time. Needs routine maintenance for all ACs.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff especially the lady at the reception called Hasna, who i communicated with from the start arranged our airport pick up (which was swift and hustle free) i really enjoyed her service, she was friendly and ready to help or accomodate at any corner, i surely recommend Havanna Hotel Cairo for stay any day! Thank you Havanna! Thank you Hasna!

I liked the hotel overall, and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel has a putrid smell of smoke, which permeates the building. Whether you enter the hotel, are trying to enjoy your breakfast or the bedroom, smoke is strong. Otherwise, I would have given it far better ratings, but it's unacceptable really for non-smokers to have to put up with it. Gave me short change (only a few pounds, but should have arranged to return it once they got the change).
