Comfortable & quite

Bed not properly cleaned. And washroom not as per standard

Vrey pleasant stay, cooperative, friendly, polite stuff all, delicious food, make you feel comfortable and save they give you best advices with how to achieve the perfect stay, i loved thier attitude and hospitality which makes you feel home .

It was too much sound because they are working to fix the bathrum. The second is the place in the middel of the big working on the Haram street otherwais the hotel was good for the money and it's ok. The first rum was ok but we changed to another room more quit and new. the stuff was good.

most plugs does not have electricity , only 1 light was working at the room I had to disconnect the fridge to be able charge my phone or laptop and just 1 light was working in the whole room

I had a disappointing experience during my two-night stay at this hotel. The bathroom was not clean, and there were ongoing repairs inside the hotel, even as late as 8 p.m., which was quite disruptive. There was no water bottle, kettle, or even a coffee corner available in the room, which I expected.Additionally, the street outside the hotel was closed for repairs, making access difficult. My room key card malfunctioned multiple times,I had to go down to the reception twice, and the third time it turned out that the door itself was the problem. It needed a battery replacement to function properly. Overall, the inconveniences and lack of basic amenities made for an unpleasant stay.

A professional welcoming nice staff. A beautifully well designed room. A very good with high speed internet. The beds are comfortable.

The A/C needs to be changed with a new one. The private parking needs to be renovated.

I didn't stay at the hotel due to the poor management who asked me for marriage certificate despite that I showed them the copy which I was carrying,plus they know me and know my wife as I have been there several times

Poor and unprofessional management

Poor, unfair and not polite management at the reception who refused to let me check in and the reason they asked for original marriage certificate while I showed them the copy of the original.plus, I have been in this hotel me and my wife several times and they have our records in their system

Nothing after lie

At first i booked with 49$ then when i came to hotel they told this is for egyption and you have to add 20$ per night. Although it wasn't written (fir egyption) .. i think the hotel is a fruad

Disappointing

Bad stuff Alot of calling me to check out from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm they are calling me more than 10 calls and I paid for day use 400 LE to checking out at 3:00 pm

The location. And the room was small but clean and comfortable.

The check-in process was extremely frustrating. We were made to wait for an hour because there was a technical problem with their system to do with the booking we made through booking.com, although the booking itself was confirmed and did appear on their side. The only alternative given was to pay almost double the amount in cash as a new booking (and lose the one we had here since free cancellation was not an option).They only agreed to find a solution to it over an hour after.The room was good, but the wifi was not working.

The security guard they asked me just give me money for no reason so that’s why i feel uncomfortable and unsafe
