The door was not working wasting a ton of time. AC was not working. We left the hotel and went to a different hotel

What a wonderful place. Our room was with pyramid view and very spacious, clean and comfortable other than the amazing location is that exceptionally excellent polite, helpful promptly attentive to our requests highly recommended Breakfast was fantastic

The staff were excellent. Always very attentive and friendly. The room was clean but didn¿t not have a window. Air conditioning very effective. Restaurant on top had wonderful view of the pyramids and served good food.

Best location ig Giza, beautiful view towards the pyramids from the room. The roof top bar is very cozy.

Our 2 single beds, even though confirmed, was given away. Only had a king bed available. Not what we paid for.noisy room, restaurant above us. 2nd room down in basement level. Could smell garbage outside the window

The location is superb – from the rooftop terrace, you are looking at face of the Sphinx, about 100 yards away! And what a spot for sunset views! The room was a bit tight, but OK for a couple of nights. Bathrooms were modern and well equipped. Breakfast on the terrace was a wonderful way to start the day and the food was quite good. The elevator system was a bit quirky, but at least there was one to transport the luggage. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Great stay!

Place looks just like in pictures. Staff was kind. Breakfast was good. Rooftop was beautiful and looks just like in the picture.

There was nothing I did not like.

Amazing views and location and proximity to the pyramids! The staff were incredible as was the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Def recommend!

Such a fun place to stay. We didn’t know that the rooftop restaurant is one of the top rated in the city and it was absolutely incredible! Also just amazing that you get breakfast for free and literally stare at the pyramids while you eat.

Amazing hotel with the most incredible view of the Pyramids — it never gets old! This was my second time staying here with my groups, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always go out of their way to help with anything we need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and waking up to that pyramid view is just unbeatable. The food is great, and the overall atmosphere feels both authentic and relaxing. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Giza!

Location was great! Breakfast on the rooftop was superb! It was a really nice hotel!

The hotel did not have the rooms that I booked when we showed up at 3AM even though I booked them for that night. They did sell me one of the rooms for $50 to shower and sleep in until they could get me another one.

View cannot be beat, especially if you get a balcony room. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Biggest drawback to the hotel is the lack of soundproofing on the windows and doors. The street noise was disruptive all night. Room was small but manageable.
