Exceeded my expectations. Nice entertainment on roof top. Plenty of hot water with great pressure. Wifi is just ok and somewhat difficult at times.

    Wifi ok.

I liked almost everything there. The location is very close to the pyramids, the pyramids view is awesome at daytime, staff are very friendly.

The breakfast. It was not good at all. Although the staff did their best to serve us and make us feel better but the quality of food was very poor. The bakery and the feta cheese were acceptable but not fresh. Ta’mia was the best. But the Turki, processed meet, beans and other types of cheese were not good at all. Even i didn’t feel safe to eat.

    Clean and quiet

The television didn’t work, the staff at the restaurant weren’t very professional and the WiFi service wasn’t good, which made it difficult to stay in contact with family and friends

The location is incomparable! the staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is new and the atmosphere is breathtaking. Special thanks to the Roof Restaurant for hosting our late night dinner and being cheerful and helpful all the way. Beds are very comfortable.

The room facilities need a double check, electricity plugs, bathroom, and satellite. But it won't affect your stay.

We happened to meet the owner of the hotel at the dinner. He was nice and as soon as he found out we were not happy with our room he got his staff to address it. The view of the pyramid was as expected

The moment we checked in we were so disappointed by our room. The floor was filthy, there was hair in the shower, towel rail was broken, one of the plug behind the kettle/ fridge was off the wall and not safe. If you want to use the kettle then you need to unplug the fridge!

While the bed itself was fine. Location is great for visiting the Pyramids. The staff was very kind.

The air conditioning was very loud and produced too much airflow, even on the lowest setting, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Spacious rooms, a kettle for tea and coffee, but no milk provided. Clean, bright decor. Enough pillows, comfortable bed although too soft. Good wi-fi everywhere. Nice selection of toiletries. Some rooms have a fantastic view of the pyramids. Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace with a view of the pyramids. It would be nice to have parasols there to shelter from the sun.

No instructions on how to work the television, and we had to ask for the wi-fi code at reception. Breakfast wasn't great quality.

Very close to pyramids with great view for breakfast! Hotel very clean and quite spacious room!

The view of the pyramids from our room was amazing. The rooftop restaurant has spectacular views of the pyramids. The Marriott across the road has a nice restaurant.

Be aware that you are on a busy road that has traffic all night long. The Egyptians use their horns all the time, so don't expect any peace and quiet.

The hotel have an amazing view

The only thing I liked about this hotel was that it was clean and had an amazing view. However, several issues made our stay unpleasant.Firstly, the hot water would run out immediately after someone took a shower. You’d then have to wait about 20 minutes for it to heat up again. I unfortunately discovered this the hard way, when I went in after my daughter and ended up having a cold shower.Secondly, we were only given three towels. After using them, we left them on the chair to dry, but instead of replacing them, housekeeping simply folded them and put them back on the rack. We had to use the same towels for three days. The face towel, which we had placed on the floor, was never replaced either—leaving us without one for the rest of our stay.On the last night, there was a loud party at a nearby club, and the music went on all night, making it impossible to sleep. Finally, when we checked out early in the morning, there was no one at the reception. We had to search for someone to assist us. I also noticed printed copies of guests' passports left openly on the front desk, which is a serious privacy concern. Once we found someone, we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to access the system to confirm whether we had any outstanding payments—meanwhile, our taxi had to wait.

Staff friendliness and the boho style setup of the rooms

    Breakfast could use some help.

    Good

Uncomfortable bed, outside noise and leaking AC

    10ShreyasPosted on: 4-17-2025

The location is superb. One of the best pyramid views from the room as well as the terrace. Breakfast, though limited, tasted very good, especially the egyptian menu. All the staff are really caring and treat you well.

Not major but delay in the check-in process even though we informed them well in advance about our arrival time. Also their payment POS machine didn't accept the forex visa card I was using even though it worked everywhere else in Egypt.

It’s all about location at La Boutique. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful.

The beds are not the most comfortable. The restaurant is average at best.

Excellent location, right opposite pyramids and near to the new GE Museum, friendly and helpful staff, willing to organise any trips for us. Room was spacious and clean, lovely shower. Added bonus of extra bed for our son, which we hadn't expected. Very good value for money

Very loud noise from street at night, difficult to sleep as not much sound proofing from windows/single glasing. Breakfast was just about adequate with not much fresh fruit available. Our bed had a large dip in the middle.
