    • My husband and I love staying at this hotel; they are I held my birthday party at the hotel, as I usually do. Everyone did their best to make it a beautiful party. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and everything was exactly as I wanted. I traveled to Cairo alone, and at first I wasn’t sure how my stay would go. From the moment I arrived, however, the hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Everyone was kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself was very clean, the neighborhood felt safe, and the breakfast was excellent. The rooftop is also perfect, you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view. The hotel is a short drive to the GEM, pyramids and most tourist attractions. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable throughout my visit.A special thank you to Omar, who made my experience especially memorable. I’m very grateful to him and to everyone at the hotel who helped make my stay so pleasant. If you wish to do any tours or need a personal driver the hotel can arrange for you. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Constant noise from a nearby wedding hall, very poor cleanliness, absolutely no services, and extremely unprofessional staff. Based on more than 6 years of experience living in Egypt, I strongly advise against staying here.

Very well designed comfortable and very clean room. Great breakfast buffet on the roof top viewing the pyramids. The staff of the hotel has been exceptional. Terrific service provided by Mr Hossan Mohamed as he is very friendly and comfortable to talk to about our day plans etc. The pool area was a relaxing getaway from the noise of the city.

No decaf coffee or tea available.

The pool area is amazing for relaxing - you can order drinks while having a swim. The food tasted amazing and the view at the rooftop restaurant has the most amazing sunset with the pyramids as the backdrop!

I liked everything. I read the bad reviews before coming and I was scared but I don’t understand at all because it was amazing. The rooms and pretty much the whole hotel was very clean, the staff was so nice and helpful, and the view and the swimming pool were awesome. The food was also so great (best food we have had in our ten days in Egypt). I recommand 100%, I will definitely come back.

The only thing is that we booked a pyramid view room and we didn’t see them but it was only for one night so it didn’t bothered us.

I enjoyed everything. The hotel is clean ,the location is great, the view is amazing, food was tasty at all times of the day, the pool was luxurious and the staff are exceptional. I am glad that I stayed here. The staff was accommodating and they really care about their customers experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for all travelers.

    I like everything

The property is fantastic. Most of the staff are amazing.

I’ve been here about 2 weeks. I left an average review due to the hotel saying “sound proofing” right on booking, but instead there is a mosque on one side and a wedding venue on the other. Between the two, there is a LOT of noise. And the windows don’t seem to exactly be “sound proofed”. Also the internet didn’t work almost the whole stay but that’s a larger issue everyone is facing in the area right now. Not the hotels fault, so I didn’t mention it. So I wrote an average review. The staff at the front desk apparently didn’t like that and being bringing it up. It would turn into an 8 minute conversation with them arguing with me about my review. Telling me they were going to upgrade me to a better room. That never happened. Soft asking me to change the review, etc etc. Super annoying. Then today, dude was asking if we were going to rebook, I said we didn’t know and didn’t care. If so, I would do it on the app (because it’s like $50 a night on the app, and like $90 if you book through them). Everyone here thinks you’re a walking ATM anyways so they are always trying to milk you for everything they can get. Always. It’s exhausting. So dude actually follows us to the elevator and puts his hand in the door to pester us again about rebooking with them and not through the app, blah blah blah. It’s getting really old. The place is great other than that but it’s starting to become super annoying. Apparently you’re not allowed to leave an average reword. So here’s your negative review.

    Very clean and spacious

A little confusing to find with the directions given

    9MarpeePosted on: 6-4-2025

The hotel was near the pyramids of Giza and it has the most stunning view during sunset at the rooftop

    1BruggerPosted on: 5-29-2025

Good location. Some staff were super nice but the night staff at front desk was rude and not helpful.

The sheets are so worn and very uncomfortable. You only get a bottom sheet. You don’t get a top sheet. You asked the staff and the cleaning people for a top sheet and they just look at you and stare at you. I don’t know what you’re talking about. The pool was always cold and unwelcoming staff there. No fresh towels at the pool very few workers understand and speak English so communication is definitely a big barrier.

breakfast is top notch ,the pool area is amazing and the view of the pyramids is really good

needs better internet and tv options

This is a newer built hotel. The staff were very accommodating. We had booked a chalet room, it was not appropriate for my wife as it is on the pool level that required stairs and she is disabled. This was not really clear in hotel description, anyway the staff quickly switched us to a room on the first floor, issue solved.Room had great air conditioning and layout was perfect, even fit our scooter.Restaurant - Breakfast, normal buffet style better than average and staff helpful. Outdoor and indoor tables with an amazing view of the Pyramids. Dinner, menu good with fair prices.Lobby was large, clean and comfortable when waiting for tour. Also had a business area.Pool was clean with swim up bar.Staff was always available to assist my wife with the stairs when we returned.

As I indicated this is a newer built hotel and they made a good attempt to make it disabled accessible, unfortunately the ramps are at a very steep angle, made of very slippery material. The scooter could not make the climb without slipping and walking up or down the slippery ramp was dangerous. The pool area was only accessible by stairs or by taking the service elevator and more dangerous ramps. For an able bodied person none of this would matter.Internet in room 4 was only accessible at the door, if you were in bed the signal was very weak. The TV channels did not work, most likely due to internet issues.Bed was hard.Area is not really inviting to go for a walk, but most of Cairo isn't either.

    Rooms were decent

Our experience at this hotel was very negative. We had just come from a long flight and then a long ride from the airport to the hotel and by the time we arrived it was around 11pm. We were exhausted but instead of being welcomed, we were told that we hadn’t paid when we did in-fact pay beforehand. Then soon we realised he was joking. This is not what you say to someone who had just arrived at your hotel. It was extremely unprofessional and not good in terms of first impressions. Then me and my husband wanted to order food from another restaurant and we asked if they can help to translate what we want. The prices our hotel staff gave sounded unreasonable and dodgy as if they wanted to keep some on the side. The hotel was nice not in the best location but not bad. The staff are the problem. They are very untrustworthy!
