Friendly staff. Beautiful rooftop views. The rooms were very nice. Great views
Everything was good, the breakfast is delicious and the view is amazing. They also kept my luggage until the evening for free!
Super kind, helpful and attentive staff, great location- very close to the pyramids and GEM. Rooms were nice, modern and spacious.
Breakfast could be improved, we didnt go hungry but expected a little more quality.
My room was clean, with a working AC and cable. I have a balcony that has a view of the Pyramids and the city.It was safe for solo female traveller like me.
As I was staying in the 1st floor, the noise coming from the cars and passersby could be heard even if the balcony door is closed. The breakfast items could be improved.
I would almost call these people evil. I have never met such big liars in all my life. They had this manager there who was awesome. Anything wrong, he would fix it. He was honest about pricing and transparent. And then one day he’s not there anymore. Either they fired him or caused him to quiet. And after that everything changed for the worse. I went from a room with a hot tub for $40 usd a night to a crap room for $100 a night because they thought they could get away with it. The food is ok, but expensive for Egyptian standards and the tours are a scam. They will milk you for every penny they can get out of you. When you pay them anything, they always pad the bill a bit. And when they need to pay you for anything, they skim a bit off the top. Everything here is dishonest.
The property offered stunning rooftop views and exceptional food. Breakfast was included and featured a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Nada at reception she was incredibly helpful and welcoming.
The bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to, but everything else about the stay was excellent.
The views were amazing and the staff was really helpful, including Mohmed who was in the reception.
I didn’t need the AC in the first 2 nights and didn’t notice it wasn’t working until I needed it. However we disn’t report it because it was the last day
The location is amazing, the room and the hotel are very very clean , everything is in the room and the view is amazing, the view is breathtaking
The rooms were large and comfortable. The location is convenient for the pyramids and grand egyptian museum. Staff were professional. View of the pyramids is special and we especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant overlooking the pyramids with very good, reasonably priced food.
There was a lot of traffic noise with the pyramid view rooms because the pyramids road is busy but that's not the hotels fault of course and on balance it was worth it to have the pyramid view!
Everything was perfect!!!!Our room had the most wonderfull view, the Pyramids!!!Nozol's location is super for visiting the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The staff very polite, always with a smile to help you with everything. You feel safe around the area, across the road is the Mena Mariott hotel, where you can sit and enjoy the views of the garden and the pyramids appreciating a nice coktail!Food and breakfast at the terrace is excellent.Just call an uber and with less than 5 euros you will be at the Gem, which is astonishing!!!!The Pyramids also is a masterpiece standing there over thousands of years!!!THANK YOU NOZOL STAFF FOR EVERYTHING!!!
The hotel welcomed us very nicely. They do accommodate you, if your need assistance. They changed the sheets for us immediately. You have a fantastic view on the pyramids at the rooftop restaurant. It's super close to the Egyptian museum.
The noise from the street is super loud. Could be that it's different on a higher level or higher category. Be sure to not order the Turkish coffee for breakfast, you'll be held up to pay, even though breakfast is included and others do not pay for their coffee "turkish coffe - Egyptian money". You have to bargain your (hotel) cab fair. Be aware your seen as an ATM.
We loved the view of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant. The room was comfy but a little noisy with the traffic outside.
Clean and neat with friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently situated, in walking distance of the Pyramids with a great view of the pyramids, especially from the rooftop terrace.
Wifi was not great. Situated on a busy corner with lots of vehicle noise especially honking their horns at all hours of the night. Tourist pricing.
Beautiful room with jacuzzi in front of the pyramids and the restaurant at the last floor is very good
Great location in front of the pyramids and Mena House
Very Noisy, had to pay 20$ to use the spa and average breakfast
the easy access to the great pyramidthe extra amenity details (dental kit, loafa, shaving kit)
the room smelt really bad on arrival. the noise of the main road was unbearable to the point you cannot sleep. the soap in the bathroom was like cheap public bathroom soapthe breakfast was really poor show. the mattress was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy and uneven so very difficult to sleep. I found black long hair the bedthe shower had no hot water
Everything great - the view, clean bedroom, good breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay ?
Views of the Pyramids
$100 Extra tax’s on arrival, this was not the price.
