Azal Pyramids Hotel

The staff at this hotel were good, the rooms were clean, and the hotel property was well maintained. The front desk was very helpful. Hotel is right across the street from the Cairo Mall.

Lots 9f construction on street due to subway construction. Not much we could do or see around the hotel.

You can hear people sitting by the pool talking when you are on the second floor, annoying until 3 am!

The internet was very annoying and the jacuzzi was cold but bubbles were strong and nice... And some furniture needs renovation but overall it's an very decent hotel for a 4 star hotel

– Old furniture and the room wasn’t very clean– Dirty balcony– Housekeeping only comes if you call and remind them– Weak and unstable Wi-Fi — thankfully I had an eSIM– Water temperature in the shower constantly changes — hard to enjoy a proper shower– Room service took a long time and brought the wrong order, although the staff member did apologize– Almost everyone hinted at or directly asked for tips, especially after the spa treatment– My room key stopped working twice — instead of fixing it, reception told me to come to them every time after leaving the room

The property is near for everything and the price is goodAnd the staff who work there is very comfortable and I want to make sure this comment who can see that Mr. Yousef and Miss Reham is too much good in touch with the customer. See you soon.

Location is way far from pyramids and downtown as well because of the heavy traffic most of time.But it’s good for those who looking for a comfortable accommodation.

The design and decoration of the hotel is so unique and beautiful plus the staff so welcoming and helped me with everything. I did have a plan change in my number of days that i had to reduce it and they helped me adjusting my stay so smoothly. Especial thanks to Mr. Hazem and Ms. Mona.

WiFi worked poorly or didn't work at all.Quite poor a la carte menu in the restaurant.Bathroom needs some refurbishing.The sliding balcony doors didn't work properly.

Mona met me and facilitated my last minute reservation and finished my check-in fast and in a very professional manner. Breakfast was nice and included variety of food and drinks. Being near the Giza pyramids is great, and I could see the construction going on and the part that already finished gives me the impression that Haram Street will look very nice specially with the landscaping on the street.

I was told by the security that there was no gym in the premises, maybe you should consider having a small for a gym.
