It's a good hotel - clean and comfortable.

The checkin process was lengthy and not enough staff was there to checkin people. So we had to wait a long time.

If youre an early sleeper, ask if there’s a wedding. Weddings can go until 3 am and at any noise level. If there’s a wedding, ask to be booked at a higher floor level.

Everything about our stay was great the rooms are spacious the staff Mr mins at the reception and people at breakfast were amazing !

Not close to anything other than the airport. They have a lot of security at the hotel that you have to go through every time you come to the hotel.

Excellent experience! The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

The room wasn’t as clean as I’d like it to be. The bathroom drainage was too slow to drain. Showers didn’t have enough force and water was always lukewarm

There is discrimination towards the egyptian people , on my last day there was a saudi group at the hotel We had to wait to get our cars even if it was our turn The valet that for the day before was very very polite gave me my key and said it’s not far get it yourself and the receptionist did a mistake not to register that we payed the parking fees so the person at the gate locked my car in till I “payed” and said you can pay here because you didn’t and refused to contact the reception to confirm that i had payed before ! It was super weird considering that we egyptians pay by the exchange rate at the time of check in so technically all the same !

I like the room space and the quietness and the staff were really friendly. The in-room dining was also really good in terms of taste and postions.

The buffet or the main restaurant needs to be bigger and provides more variety of food. Hygiene also can be slightly better.

Only inconvenience was the spa experience. The masseuse was amazing but the room lacked relaxing vibes, the bed was squeaky and I could hear the clock ticking.

You can truly feel their dedication to excellent service.The shuttle driver also deserves special praise — courteous, prompt, and so friendly! The ride was not only convenient but also enjoyable thanks to the driver’s positive attitude and helpful nature.The hotel itself is beautiful — very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. My room was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a perfect retreat after a long day. It’s clear that great care goes into keeping the entire property in excellent condition.It’s rare to find a team and a place so committed to making guests feel welcome and cared for. I specifically asked to take care of my Marriot Membership reference - this is not taken care at all. I still have points of my last stay not in my Marriot membership account.
