Nothing. It was great. Thank you very much
Friendly helpful staff
It was located in a sketchy neighborhood. No restaurant
Very modern new property with EXCELLENT customer service. Everyone here is very warm and inviting. It is located a short walk to amazing views of the Pyramids. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff were so friendly
Location, Because of the huge construction happening around the area to build a new bridge, it's a nightmare to get to the hotel, and Uber/taxis don't know how to reach there since Google Maps is not updated there.
Everything from booking until check out was convenient, comfortable and professional. The transportation and the 2 day tour organized through the hotel was impeccable and for a very good value. Staff was nice and attentive but not “in your face”. Shoutout to my tour guide - Savsan - who was absolutely wonderful taking care of me at every site. She shared amazing, unique insights about the attractions and was in general great company for two days. Can recommend this hotel and the 2 day tour for solo travelers. The private service for this price is highly worth it.
Wi-fi slow sometimes. They promised to look into it :)
The property looked good but when we arrived it was all under construction
That when we arrived we have been sent away to a different location cuase the room wasn’t available.
Cleanness Furniture is new
No facilities It’s like a furnished flats more than a hotel
The family suite..We have been upgraded to the suite..All the staff were cooperative..Also we have been provided with a luggage storing service.
The staff
The property was very close to the pyramid entry and rooms were clean and updated
The power was on and off the entire stay, out for several hours in middle of night and room would quickly heat up. Outdoor pool was closed, indoor pool was not ready for guest use. Wifi was poor
Very clean. Some areas are under construction. Simple breakfast is included. You need a car to go anywhere.
Pool wasn’t very clean.
Absolutely beautiful and clean hotel, inside and outside. Spacious suite, amazing breakfast and very kind staff. Pillows and bed were extremely comfortable. All of the family slept well in the strong air conditioning.
It was difficult to get to, due to road closures in the area. But this is out of their control.
Staff were super friendly and helpful, they also kindly let us check out a bit later due to our flight time. The hotel is new and modern, rooms were very nice. very comfortable beds and pillows. You can ask to go up to the rooftop to see the pyramids too. Can also watch Netflix in the room tv too!Breakfast included Egyptian falafels which were my favourite. Would definitely recommend this hotel :) it’s proximity to the pyramids is also ideal.
I think the pool is communal and not just the hotels. Other than that, nothing!
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice. Keep in mind that the pool is not linked to the hotel, but we jumped in it anyway, and then got into a bit of trouble with the neighbors. But the hotel was super nice about that.
The hotel was great. The staff was awesome! They ordered us take out when we arrived late to the hotel. The manager remembered messaging with me through the app and was very quick to answer/help with all my questions. We booked a tour through the hotel and it was very reasonably priced and great. Our tour guide was wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful and very plentiful.
The pillows were too firm and thick. Our room had a slight odor, nothing awful but when we entered I smelled something. My husband didn't notice and my friend's rooms were fine.
very clean and the staff are nice and try their best to make you feel welcomed
I wish we were given a head-sup of the fact that there’re construction sites around which les to closing most of the main roads. We could hardly find any Uber driver. The internet connection was horrible! Though we were connected to three different networks, it was still very bad. The breakfast is also another thing to be improved. One more thing is that we were never told that the window is opposite to a wall and we could never tell when it’s noon or night.
Our room was spacious and very clean thru out our stayThe staff at the front desk were just wonderful…kind and helpful and we had a lot of questions!
There was a beautiful pool in the courtyard but it was only for “show”…found out too late there was another one in a different location. The neighborhood is not great and crossing streets is dangerous!
The hotel was nice and clean with good accommodating staff.
Aside from it being close to the Pyramids there's not much around the area and it's not the best area around the hotel.
The room is clean and renovated. The breakfast was decent. The security is present.
Despite my high expectations based on the hotel’s star rating on booking. com, my experience fell short in several aspects. Firstly, the location near the pyramids seemed convenient, but I was taken aback by the chaotic and unsafe surroundings. Additionally, the property was not up to par as a hotel. While the building itself was visually appealing, half of the rooms were undergoing renovation, clearly visible and disruptive. the breakfast area was situated in the yard. One of the most disappointing moments occurred upon check-in when I was initially given a small room with a tiny window near the crowded reception area. despite the front desk staff’s attempt to convince me that it was the room I had booked, I was certain that the room pictures online were different. Eventually, after insisting, I was provided with a larger room. Furthermore, I didn’t find the sign provided to hang on the door indicating our clean service preference. Once I came back to the room after pyramids tour, they already cleaned the room and raked the package I would like to keep to wrap my luggage. Lastly, a persistent unpleasant odor emanated from the toilet throughout our stay, which I chose not to address since we’re only staying for two nights. Overall, this place ( can’t call it as a hotel) left me feeling deceived and unsatisfied with the experience.
staff members are exceptionally excellent, welcoming and always go the extra mile to help.the location is also very good and closer to the main tourist attractions and other essential services.
