The staff is helpful, cheerful, ready to help, ready to talk. It felt like I was part of the family! The location is great for visiting all major locations in this part of Giza/Cairo. The terrace with a view is exceptional.
No such a thing!
Everything was very good. They had free airport shuttle from the airport. The driver waited 4 hours as the plane was late and some procedures with visa took a lot of time. It was free and he could go, but waited and delivered to the hotel.
Best hotel in the Cairo/Giza area. The staff is extremely kind. They are always ready to provide the best service and ensure a comfortable stay. Fully recommended for solo travelers. You will feel at home. Enjoy a big and delicious breakfast. Also, the marvelous view of the pyramids and museum from the rooftop.
The hotel facilities are very good but the highlight by far is the staff, they are the most attentive and sweetest people in the world, I at least feel that I have new friends in Egypt to visit.
The areas of the new museum are under construction so the surroundings may not be as nice at the moment, but it doesn't look like it will be long before it is finished.
