Room was dirty. We didn't expect that from Radisson. Very disappointing.

The Large apartment was lovely.

The food was absolutely terrible. My steak came cold to the room and so was the mash potatoes which was also just a tiny splash on the plate and tasted weird. Breakfast was just a load of processed meats and seed oil fried omelettes.

Far away from tourist attractionsIt’s not Wheelchair people friendly There is a long distance walk from the car drop to the entrance door and we have to walk all the way every time to get a wheelchair for my mum , she has to sit on a side of the fountain until we get her the wheelchair . If you don’t tip the staff your stay will be ruined for sure because we were given the wheelchair to keep with us all the time up until we made a mistake of giving a small tip to the staff after which they took back the wheelchair and made my mom‘s life very difficult. Lesson learned either you get a proper tip or don’t give anything at all.It’s unfortunate that we booked a five star hotel to get a five star service, but we have to pay the staff in order to get any kind of proper service The receptionist were kind and nice The breakfast was below average, the small variety of food offered is tasteless

Located in Cairo Plaza complex that houses multiple cafes. Nice quiet safe location. The property is well-maintained and feels like new. The apartment was big, tastefully decorated and serviced daily. The bed was comfy. Our upgraded apartment was facing the pool. The breakfast spread was excellent and even our dinner at their restaurant was good. Overall, a perfect place to stay for a family holiday.

Ms Mirna and team gave us a great welcome on arrival and went the extra mile to check that we are happy with the room and accessories.Good location and a small kitchen is available inside the apartment. Pool and gym facilities are amazing too.

The surrounding buildings still under construction

It was clean, close to restaurants, spacious and well designed. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and offered a free room upgrade. I would certainly recommend staying here.

The area was a bit questionable at first but, it turned out to be very fine. We had a pleasant stay here.

Staff very attentive and ready to take action when needed and requested

This hotel has been recently built (6 months ago) but it actually looks quite old. Furnitures with a lot of scratches, shower room with a hole making all the water flood out in the bathroom, ventilation system very loud and cannot be switched off, smell of the room quite bad

Very cleaned, well organised, quiet

A really nice and spacious room. Very convenient for an early morning flight. Food in restaurant was good. Provides a shuttle to take us to the airport.

the location was okay near to airport

the room was cleanliness was questionable, the bathroom was the worst. Bathroom at shower area have water ponding issues, plus it leak out to the rest of the bathroom floor making it slippery and wet everywhere.Also the bathroom is not wind tight thus making it cold with wind coming in the bathroom.bed and carpet floor are also dated and looks heavily used for a long time.Overall I would not recommend this hotel for the price given.

Size of apartment

The kitchen fan was very very noisy and cannot be switched off, i reported that many times and they did nothingMoreover, i asked for 2 hours late checkout and they asked for 150$ !

Large apartments, fully equipped, tastefully furnished, very clean and neat. Location close to airport, plenty of bars restaurants and coffee shop within it's premises. Breakfast fair and clean with continuous quality control supervision. Very friendly service.

We had to go through 2 security checks every time we went in and out of the hotel, I know this is the case in all hotels in Cairo but it was such a hassle. Although the hotel is newly built, the finishing is not high standard quality; the bathroom tub and shower leaked and water filled the bathroom floor, wasn't too pleasant

Everything was ok. Very nice breakfast. Unfortunately, the offered price for airport shuttle was insane - uber cost 10 time less. Additionally, the hotel is close to the airport but far away from the city center.
