Every thing was good

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and close to many attractions, which made getting around easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day.The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help when needed. Specially Mr Moustapha in Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities were good and met my expectations.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

the property was clean and the linens was good ,the staff was responsive but a little bit not that attentive toward my ac problems it is looks like they dont listen until I show some uncomfortable tone, with some criticism to the place then they take it seriously

the ac was always not properly working they try to fix it but for 2 days I was suffering and they fix it properly in the last day of my stay , they try to mend this thing by offering another room with view or send a fruits but it was too late for me ,I wasn't feeling good about the whole thing ,the rooms lack a table and side chair , no good view in the room 204 no carpet though no slippers too , the telephone was not working in my first day until they fix it the second day too

This is not 1st time in this property,Staff are so friendly and professional.. Location is perfect for me and my wife, and the price is reasonable.

The location is supper where it locates in area where all services around you.Stuffs are so kind.

- The room is so small and there is no area to set, thus, you eat and drink your coffee on your bed!! No space to relax.- The elevator is only one and also so small, it can equipped by only 3 persons, should wait long time to get it.- No concierge or someone welcome you in the ground floor where the reception in another floor.

The location was great as I needed to go to the Safa clinic, which was just a short walk away. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The shower/wet room was very small, but I may have noticed this because I am wearing bandages and need to maneuver myself so that I don't get my leg or head wet. I'm not sure it would have normally bothered me.

I stayed in a top floor room. There was a continuous sound of a motor or engine on the roof, not too loud or noisy but it is heard all the time.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is clean and fairly priced. The breakfast is good. The location is close to many of the main attractions. There are some restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

The street is busy and noisy but that is expected when living at such a location

The property overall is fair against the fees paid, also the staff were so friendly dealing with guests, moreover their restaurant serving nice collection of food especially at breakfast time.

As I stayed at that property one night only this time, but unfortunately it was so bad as I couldn't have enough rest at night because there was so big noise and some body has fighting or making big music noise after midnight causing at all the floor big disturbance.

The family suite is great. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is also excellent. The location is central but that also means lots of street noise.

We were so lucky to find this hotel for our vacation. We came as a couple for our friends' wedding, and the hotel options given to us were the likes of Marriott and 4 Seasons, which cost per night as much as 5 nights at Stay Inn Hotel.I want to compliment all of the staff working at this hotel, truly an exceptional selection from reception, to lobby, to catering, to cleaners. The location is quite central so you are always 15-25 mins away by car from everything you would ever need to visit in Cairo.Very clean rooms, excellent breakfasts. The rooms have a mini bar and a safe. We were also provided with an iron when we asked for one. I am shocked that this place has such low ratings, and bet that it is competitors making fake reviews. If you are travelling to Cairo on a budget, don't waste your time with Airbnb scams. Stay at the Stay Inn Hotel.

The streets, but this is the situation outside of every hotel. People start demanding money from you as soon as you step outside looking like a foreigner.
