    • The hotel is very comfortable, the rooftop has a beautiful view of the pyramids, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing — everyone was very kind and attentive, both at breakfast, reception, and restaurant.

    Cons -

    • I loved everything. The staff was so kind and helpful.
    • Location So so old Hotel they just renew it some staff to look much better on the pic
    • The street outside is very noisy and a bit dirty. The area feels a little uncomfortable, especially for women walking alone, with a lot of staring. However, the hotel staff was always supportive and helpful when going outside.

Beautiful hotel and very kind and helpful staff. The terrace, where the restaurant and the pool are located, has an amazing view. Breakfast was also great. Fully recommend!

The location is good. They allowed us to check-in early.

However, the room smells bad. The food doesn’t seem to change everyday. And the worst is the wifi connection that always gets disconnected or no connection at all most of the time.

The noise completely negated the room view of Pyramids, we switched rooms for quietness

We were lucky to be on a high floor so had great views of the pyramids & this helped with some of the traffic noise from the very busy road. There are also very nice views from the rooftop which is a pleasant area to sit even though the pool was out of action during our stay in February. The staff were all very helpful. We found the location to be convenient as it is near the pyramids & the new Egyptian Museum & there was no shortage of Ubers to get everywhere.

It is on a busy street & there is some traffic noise if you are at the front of the hotel but then you do get the views of the pyramids.

Room was clean, view very nice.Breakfast were very good.

We ordered a taxi at the reception. Payment in advance. On the way to the airport it broke down and we had to pay again for a second taxi.

We were not aware that the hotel did not serve alcohol. We thought that a large hotel with description of rooftop bar we would be able to get a beer or wine. It did not spoil our overall stay but that information would have influenced our choice of hotel when booking

Quite modern building, clean and stunning view to Giza pyramids from the room and terrace/restaurant. The staff is amazing, friendly and supportive, all of them! Special kudos to the Chef Mr. Abdelmohimen for his lovely Falafels and Kenzy.

The property is recently constructed and very near to the pyramids. It’s clean and has great food options for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here.

As a muslim country we expected muslim showers in the bathrooms. The staff didn’t understand english very well.

Great location and view of the pyramids from the bedroom! Comfortable bed, nice shower, definitely great value for money. Not to mention, all the staff are very friendly & helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. :)

Unfortunately the pool was out of order during our stay! Bathroom has a lack of ventilation, so had an odd smell, but very manageable haha

Great stay at Stay Inn Pyramids Hotel. Staff welcoming and helpful. Close to pyramids, view from bedroom to the pyramids. Great food in roof top restaurant.

Slightly further from pyramids than anticipated but easy to get an Uber from hotel.

Lovely modern building and room, with a great breakfast included.

Breakfast wasn't the roof. Bought a pyramid view room, but the view wasn't great.

Breakfast was good if you're not vegan. Hotel is clean, my room was big and it's pretty central.

There weren't any vegan options for breakfast. The hotel is on a main avenue so if you book the rooms with a view to the pyramids, your window will be right there and you won't be able to sleep as cars beep all night non-stop.

A manager was able to accommodate our request and find a nice room for additional night. Overall, the staff is very friendly and trying to help with any questions or requests.
