Cons -
- The area is difficult to access (way back in the townships) and there is a constant bad odar from the surrounding area's street live. The Hotel is currently still under construction and maintenace so make sure they are done before you go.
- The location.Very hard to get to.
- The towels should be large and better.

The location.Very hard to get to.
Behavior of team, and food.
The towels should be large and better.
The rooftop patio is very nice and the food they make is very good. It is close to the pyramids and the GEM.
The common areas of the hotel, especially the rooftop, are very nice but the rooms are very basic. Our room was very small with a large pillar in the middle that left almost no room. Our pyramid view was out of one small side window with no where to sit or look out the window. For more than half the time there we had only cold water in the shower. There was nowhere to hang up our towels in the room and no trashcan besides a tiny bathroom trashcan.
Close to the Pyramids
Cold breakfast,No Iron, No hangers in the bathroomNo toiletries
The food was acceptable but took very long to prepare. Not many choices although they have a menu. They did not have most of the menu choises.
Room was small. Not suitable for someone with physical deficiencies. Food was served on the top roof where the elevator does not work. In the room nothing works: no internet, no air conditioning/ heating, TV does not work. Many deficiencies for the amount of money I payed.
Great location next to pyramids.
The beds are very firm, like everywhere in Egypt. The bathroom needed a mat because the shower water sprayed out everywhere, and more towels. There was a cabinet in the room that smelled horrible so you could not open it and you definitely would not put your things in it. But it was perfectly fine for a couple nights.
My stay at Villa Khufu Pyramids Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The view from both the room and the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking — truly one of the best views of the Pyramids you can find anywhere in Cairo. Waking up to that scenery felt magical. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. No request was ever too big; they genuinely went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made the stay feel comfortable and memorable. If you want a hotel with world-class pyramid views, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Villa Khufu Pyramids Hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.
Nothing. Everything is great. Just make sure you order taxi ( hotel reception) can help you as location can be little tricky.
All staff was excellent and special Mr. Hady & Mr. Mohamed and OmarEverything was perfect
The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The airport pickup was so helpful and convenient, and we felt like we got excellent value for money. The hotel quickly addressed any concerns we had, which we very much appreciated.
We were traveling with our baby twins and the beds that they provided were not in good condition. If you are traveling with babies, definitely go to this hotel as everyone is so kind and helpful, but bring your own portable baby bed.
The Great Pyramid of Giza could not be any closer. It's almost close enough to reach out and touch from your balcony and the amazing rooftop restaurant. Booking the "Family Room with Balcony - Pyramids View" will get you room 301, which is much like a penthouse honeymoon suite. Get the package that includes breakfast and dinner. So yummy. So worth it!
To keep things real, Booking.com is asking me to write about what I did not like. Well, Villa Khufu is just far enough off the tourist trail to give the inexperienced Uber driver a hard time getting there. That's actually another plus. Staying off the tourist trail in this quiet neighborhood of narrow lanes makes for a quick and enjoyable walk to the pyramids.
Best staff! Friendly and supportive!Stunning view and amazing service!
We have so many good things to say about this hotel. Just to start, they do a great job of giving this place a true "resort" feel. The employees go above and beyond to make your stay extremely enjoyable. They arranged transportation from the airport for free (included in price of room) and were there to pick us up at 4:30am. Then they only charged us a small fee to go ahead and check in when we arrived at the room. All staff is attentive and they wait on you hand and foot. We had half board (one free meal per person, per day) along with free breakfast everyday. The restaurant on the roof is great and the waiters do a fantastic job. You also have a pyramid view for every meal you eat there. We even tipped our waiter on our last night (same guy for dinner both night) and at first he refused to accept as he said tips were not necessary and making us comfortable was just part of his job. The room was also great. Just as advertised. Clean and plenty of luggage space. The bathroom and shower were also fine especially for the price of the room. We were a little worried about leaving the hotel because we saw some reviews about the not so great area the hotel is in. I will agree looking at it makes you think the area is terrible but my wife and I left the resort both days to walk around and all the locals were friendly. They spoke to us and told us welcome to Egypt and that was all. No nasty looks, no scams, no disgust. So even though its a dirt road and the building are not in great shape we felt safe when walking.
Be prepared to help any tour operator find your hotel for pick up. Our pyramid guide said she lived just a 10 min walk from our hotel for the last 17 years and had no idea the road the hotel was on existed. They were able to find us though. If I could go back I would probably just set up all tours (Pyramids, Nile Dinner Cruise, etc) up through the hotel. As hard as they worked for us on a daily basis, I bet they would do the same with the tours they offer.
The staff was amazing and really helpful. Everything we needed, they adjusted for us and helped us. It had been an amazing stay, with an ever better view, and for a great price.
Make sure to contact hotel before arrival with help for transportation to hotel. The hotel is at an secluded area, so difficult for taxis/ubers to find the hotel.
Overall not a bad hotel! but, the reasonable price is highly compensated through very high food prices! views are stunning, location is a lil jard to get to but allright! staff was kind!
The view was good specially at roof top restaurant.
The toilet was old and dirty. Everything looked much better in the photos than in reality. The neighbourhood was extremely filthy, with flies, animal waste, and muddy, trash-filled alleys. Totally we didn’t feel comfortable to touch things!
Villa Khufu is the best hotel, much more than we expected. Location is wonderful, just besaid piramyds. Surrounding looks scary - but is not really. People are nice and it's safe to walk alone (there is also a drinkey store nearby). Hotel is so nice and relaxing and a perfect place to enjoy after exploring pyramids and other location. Food is also good.
Everything was fine. Wifi networks are weak.
Very nice view and the staff is very friendly!
If you want to stay in a beautiful hotel with a view of the pyramids every day this is a very good place but if you want to be closer to other atractions you will have to always travel with a car

The bathroom's window in Room 106 was broken; thus, it was not soundproof. There was neither shampoo nor conditioner. I wish there was a kettle.
