    Pros +

    • The room were modern. The staff was nice and helpful.
    • Location us perfect , very clean , stuff are very polite.
    • Clean, cosy, and descent staff

    Cons -

    • There’s no enough lights in the room. The building is still under construction. And the location was right on the hwy. it’s very hard to crossed and no stop lights.
    • Value of money after the additional fee was the same as 4or5 star hotels. Toilet hand spray was leaking Sofa beds were away from the air condition coverage. Entrance wasn’t great
    • The street and the aspect of the building are completely different from the photos. The hotel is located in the fourth floor of an unachieved building. It misled me and even the uber driver couldn’t find the hotel because there was no indication. The neighborhood was very noisy by night and felt insecure.

Fairly clean. The room looks like the photos. It is very close to the new grand museum

The room was a decent size, clean. It did not have an iron or steamer. If you needed something to be ironed, you’d have to wait min 2 hours to get it done. The bathroom was clean with a bidet. However, the heater stopped working after the 2nd day but came back on again the day after. Place was close to zamna event - walking distance where the bus dropped us off.

There was one particular manager/reception staff that said no to our every request. We asked for help for taxi to airport, he said no. We asked help to go to a store to buy something since the hotel did not have a store, one staff said he will ask his manager and the guy said no. The food was also horrible. We tried to order a few things and we ended up not eating it coz it was done so bad. The Margherita pizza was only a cheese pizza with no toppings on top. We paid food that we couldn’t eat. The toilet clogged for one of our friends room. There was also no refill of soap.

Size of the rooms was perfect for large family with children’s.Staff extremely friendly especially the men who sit downstairs at the entrance who helped us with our bags and helped us arrange a taxi.Tea and coffee facilities in room. Location is near the pyramids. Amazing view from the rooftop. You don’t even have to go and pay the entrance fee at the tourist destination that’s how good the view is.

The shower was difficult to switch on. Difficult to get an uber in the evenings. Breakfast spread was surprisingly limited but the eggs and falafel was delicious so it’s ok. Far from the malls. But close to pyramids and grand museum. Uber is cheap so if you don’t mind the 40min drive then stay here

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful anytime! The hotel is very close to the Pyramids and new Museum.Size of our family room was great and well cleaned!Food was good quality.I would recommend this place to everyone

A bit noisy area, roads are busy in the night even. But it's not the hotel's fault anyway!

Staffs are really kind. 24hours restaurant is so handy and delicious. Breakfast pastry is yummy. Staffs are outstanding! Everyone including guys on the ground floor, they are really 5stars. Thank you!

    Wi-Fi is slow

Location is great and Staff is awesome and very friendly. They will help you with whatever you need. We canceled out stay at another hotel and extended our stay at this hotel because we really enjoyed it. Very safe and clean.

Breakfast could be better if they have a menu that you can point to and say this is how you want your eggs or omelet to be cooked and they can add few more items to the selection of the breakfast. Rooftop can also be improved and softer pillows please :)

Spacious, clean rooms, good location, right next to GEM and pyramids in short walking distance, very helpful staff!

    8ChantalPosted on: 1-27-2025

The staff were very nice and always accommodating for any requests! The bed was very comfortable. Close to pyramids and GEM museum

The shower wasn’t in the best condition and we had no view from the window. But the rest of the room was lovely. Breakfast was continental not much selection, but available to make you an omelette if you’d like!

    - Location : Very close to the Pyramids.- My family enjoyed their breakfast with the Pyramids view.- Spacious room

    - TV did not work. 2 of hotel staff came in the room and checked it, it could not be fixed.- Breakfast exactly starts from 7:00AM.- My first stay at this hotel a few months ago was good, so I stayed here again, but disappointed this time.

Warm welcomeing staff, clean room, new furniture, very good breakfast...

    9MayuPosted on: 1-18-2025

Room was clean and large. There was a heater in the room so it was great since night and morning were a bit chilly. The staff were all attentive and kind.

Wifi in the room was weak

    9DawnPosted on: 1-11-2025

The hotel is very conveniently located to both pyramids and the new GEM museum. We had a family room and it was enormous… Super clean and stylish and we enjoyed eating dinner and breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the pyramids.

We walked to the museum, and no fault of the hotels at all, but you do have to do it Egyptian-style cross the highway on foot! ?

Great location as we wanted to experience the new museum and the pyramids. We booked the deluxe and executive suites. They were amazing. Exactly like the pictures. The day manager Noha was lovely and assisted with all our request. We had 3 toddlers with us which isn’t easy to navigate. Noha helped us with packed lunches to take on our road trips when she saw the kids didn’t eat much for breakfast. The breakfast provided was amazing. Full service - falafel, eggs, fresh bread, foul, cold meats and cheeses and a great selection for the kids in terms of cereals. Also lovely coffee to go with it. We had breakfast on the roof 2 mornings we were there - our guests loved that they had a view of the pyramids and was a dream come true for them.
