Staff were good
Old building and old furniture all kitchen downstairs smells reach the rooms, it’s annoying
Location, very clean, stuff is very friendly .
The best location one could ask for in Cairo. Overlooking the Nile, with no road in between. We were upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a panoramic view of the Nile. The rooms were clean, well done up and comfortable. The apartment was so large that one could get lost in it.
The bathroom needs to be better. The shower curtain over the bathtub was too short; as a result, the whole bathroom got flooded. It's a small improvement, and I am sure Hilton can take care of it very promptly.
Spacial Thanks to Mr. Mohamed in reception. Location in Zamalek and I loved it it’s really lovely historical district.
The one good thing was the breakfast buffet, but it was $15 dollars which is not cheap but had lots of options.
Room was dirty and I asked for it to be cleaned, and it was not cleaned. There was a food remnant left on the floor and chipped paint that has obviously been there for some time. They just made the bed. I never saw any cleaning crew in the hallways cleaning. Overpriced hotel! The one good thing was the breakfast buffet, but it was $15 dollars which is not cheap but had lots of options. The hotel itself looks nice in the lobby area, but our room was disappointing, old and just unkept. For $263 a night, go to the Flamenco Hotel for less, much nicer hotel and cheaper.
Silent room looking at the Nile. Pleasant breakfast location outside and food in the morning buffet
Service level is low, rooms are old. Staff is not up to the expectations apart from Mina waiter from the breakfast.
breakfast was fabulous. Lot of choice. Really tasty. nice presentation. Well cooked.Staff is kind and gentel. Very pleasant swimming pool, clean and beautiful view. Easy access to the underground to visit Cairo
Decoration of the room is a little bit simple but efficient.
The welcome atmosphere from the staff and l was overwhelmed by the kind of service.
The room and the nile view of the nile looking above and beyond.
The suit was exceptional and extremely large with kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The breakfast was very good. The receptionists, especially Mr. Mohamed Elsayed were extremely polite and helpful. The Nile view from the suit was amazing. All the employees were exceptional. The dinner at the swimming pool restaurant was very delicious and not expensive at all
Nothing. The only bad thing was there were many citizens from a country at the west border of Egypt with very awful impolite behaviour but the hotel has nothing to do about that. It was my luck
Location
I requested cancellation of last night but the team were not able to action and related to booking.com, at I check out one night earlier, but I paid for. Also, I airbed after mid night but the room was not ready as we requested additional bed in accordance to the booking

Conveniently locatedGood breakfast
The old carpet in the roomThe bathroom needs to be refreshedThe noise from the boats on the Nile (all night long until 5pm)
Great location and on the Nile River. We were very happy staying here while we were in Cairo exploring the pyramids. Do yourself a favor and stay here in this great safe neighborhood.
The location on the bank of Nile.I got a room with Nile view
The restaurant is not up to the standard
Booked for my parents, who write: "The Hilton Cairo Zamalek provided a satisfying two-night retreat, thanks to its clean rooms, tasty food, and picturesque Nile River views. What made our stay even more memorable was the incredibly thoughtful Ruby Anniversary cake presented to us by the management – a truly delightful surprise!"
I liked Mr.Mohammad, Mrs Ferida, Mrs.Dina and Mr. Tamer’s hospitality , problem solving skills.
All ok.
