    Pros +

    • I was allowed into the room as early as 4am on my day of arrival. That was a much appreciated gesture
    • Good reception and smiling staff you can pay by card or cash
    • Location,

    Cons -

    • There was no breakfast provided, either complimentary or paid for. The hotel simply did not have a kitchen as I was informed by the front desk. Secondly, the bedsheets and duvet were NEVER replaced for the duration of the 8 nights I stayed there. That was just plain RIDICULOUS and dangerous. The extrapolation is that they probably used the same sheets the previous occupants used without laundering them. What a mess!
    • Be carefull they can scam you as they did with me, after paying via booking they asked me to pay extra fees because i am not Egyptian as they said, i suggest you to call them before arriving to avoid any surprise
    • Breakfast, smoking smell everywhere

    Floor staff was great!

Couldn't use the safe box, air conditioner in room was leaking water and hot water system worked when it wanted! Also, we paid for breakfast and were charged for certain things like milk!!

the reception, the Stuff on the reception were really friendly and polite. the works in general very polite and friendly. location of the hotel is perfect. that's all

however in the cafe/ restaurant very slow and not professional , still polite and friendly but they don't understand what's there job is all about. the hotel very expensive comparing with the service, yes we pay for the location but still , room very small and not clean enough, the bathroom is a joke. small , wet and not clean enough

Receptionist are excellent especially Mr. Adil and another young girl working next day morning, always willing to help us even though we don’t know Arabic language but they help us to properly communicate with other people, venders, taxi drivers etc. Rooms are spacious, family hotel. Location is good.

Breakfast need improvement, drinking water is not included with breakfast you have to buy it separately with extra money. Restaurant is not non smoking, so people freely smoking inside restaurant that is a problem for non smoking people. over staff but they are not using staff properly. There is no iron available in rooms, you have to pay for laundry to press your cloths

A couple of members of staff , specially an English speaking young boy were polite enough.

Not value for money! - It started with a message from the property saying there was a problem with our credit card after it had already been paid for which added stress at the start of our holiday. It was their mistake and it had indeed been charged. - The hotel seem to be overstaffed with many members of staff sitting together having a chat or smoking together. However did not use the staff effectively to at least the bare minimums of cleaning our table when we sat for breakfast having to eat with food remains and ash from cigarettes spread all over the table or providing towels to our room after servicing it. - Breakfast needs serious improvement and unfortunately we had to delay our tour on the first day because we waited for a long time for our breakfast to be served.- Rooms are dirty with grime in the sink, dirty walls, poor maintenance on furniture and facilities. - Most members of staff are not prepared to deal with international tourists as they are not able to communicate in English to the bare minimums. ( Exception to this are a couple of young members of staff who were polite and made an effort to understand).- Some unacceptable unprofessionalism was shown when we had a member of staff knocking at our door past midnight while we were sleeping asking for money using gestures and would not be happy when sent away

Reception officer was friendly and efficient and the room was pretty clean.

Bed basis was dirty and need to be re-upholstered.toilet was broken and bathroom wall broken tiles need replacement not quick repair.sprayer disinfectant is must if you use sprayers.

    7IqbalPosted on: 4-28-2023

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Many of the staff were not fluent in English. However, we were able to communicate using Google translation app.

Breakfast very very bad. put a sign on the door not to disturb, but the housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8.30 am.

Breakfast have to be fixed, only water, no juice, no cheese. Reception work very slowly. Very expensive for this kind of hotel. Wi fi don’t work at all.
