Heba housekeeping she is the cleanest person ever and so professional more than the the general manager and montaser yehia! Farah also is an amazing friendly lady she is amazing.

Unprofessional way at all i’m long stay guest, contact the general manager Mr. Ahmed abd elhamid And receptionest MONTASER YEHIA they blocked us on our numbers and i just was confirming that i will stay at my usual room ?!! So how can be a good hotel when the general manager itself told us they will update us with our reservation on booking if it will be our usual room or not! And montaser yehia was so so rude seen for msgs with no answer beside the block!!!!! We pay money to enjoy not to be treated in this unacceptable way!!

Friendly Atmosphere**: The front desk staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.The assistance provided by the staff was commendable, indicating that they were attentive to all clients needs and willing to go the extra mile.particularly appreciated Mary Hamdy's service, she exemplified the hotel’s commitment to excellence.

One of the major issues I faced during my stay was the internet connection. It was very weak, making it almost impossible to communicate with family and friends. Additionally, I couldn’t manage my business activities properly because of the poor connectivity.

The breakfast was okay. Location of hotel suits our itinerary.

Staff could benefit for more customer service trainings. Can not call the kitchen for room service, the phone is not “working “ or it is taking time for the phone to be answered. Food price is a bit pricey and not a whole lot of choices for a so called meal .

We enjoyed the pool and the pool area.

For 2 days breakfast was served in the room and it was extremely poor, mainly bread. The hotel is being renovated so the lift is not always working.

The housekeeping staff are very good. Room service Also good.

The hotel was quiet and clean as well as the room.

Lack of housekeeping supplies, e.g. Water, tea, or sugar.And the staff ignored my requests to provide these supplies. No visa was working, and only cash accepted

All the staff were so nice even the gardener's The manager Muhammad couldn't do enough for us and all the other guests Room service was perfect Pool was lovely The food was cheap and massive portions . If you needed anything they would even go out and get it.If you want a quiet holiday this is the one for you

Fairly Good, the location was far from any city activities.

I didn't particularly appreciate that we made a reservation, but when I arrived no reservation was shown on the hotel system, therefore we had to redo the reservation via booking.com with extra charges. I waited till 3 PM to handle the reservation.

Water supply problem was there during our stay. Break bast was good. Staff very helpful.

Breakfast is good. Good ambience.

The rooms are good. Hotel compound is quite spacious. Complementary breakfast was good with many options. Staffs were helpful.

They should have English-speaking staffs. We had a very difficult time explaining our needs. Also, the water supply seems to be a problem (quite unpredictable when you'll get water). It was very difficult to explain it to the staff as nobody seems to understand English.

Situated a little further from the heart of Giza than I’d have liked, but transport options are right outside to allow you access to anywhere you want to go. Pyramids are a short walk away and the Grand Museum a short taxi ride also.

There was a kettle in the room but no cups or tea/coffee. That’s trying to find fault as it was an exceptional hotel.

Nothing was good , everything was very bad and dirty and bad service , rude staff receptionist, rude manager that keeps screaming. I would never go to it again
